After the sluice is built,under the long-term action of unfavorable factors such as air,load and pollution,various aging diseases will appear,which will seriously affect the reliability of the sluice and endanger the safety of people’s lives and property.It is necessary to evaluate the service behavior of the project for the safety of the project and the safety of people’s lives and property.In this paper,the Zhihu Gang Project is taken as the research object.First,the disease of Zhihu Gang Project is analyzed preliminarily.Then,with the help of 3D finite element analysis software,the interaction between lock head and control gate is analyzed from two aspects of stress and seepage.Finally,the evaluation method of service behavior of Zhihu Gang Project is studied.The research directions and contents of this paper are roughly as follows:(1)The general situation of Zhihu Gang Project was mainly introduced in this paper,the concrete cracks and gate corrosion was analyzed to study the causes and mechanisms of the diseases,and then the durability of the components with deep carbonization and large cracks was analyzed from the perspective of reliability,and the structural carbonization life in probability was obtained.(2)Taking the lock chamber of Zhihu Gang Project as the research object,the structural analysis model of Zhihu Gang Project was established by ABAQUS,and the interaction between the stress of the upper lock head and the bottom plate of the control lock was explored.The seepage analysis model was established,and the mutual influence of seepage between the upper lock head and the control lock was analyzed from two aspects of pore pressure and seepage velocity.(3)The evaluation system of service behavior of Zhihu Gang Project project was constructed,and the quantitative and qualitative methods were studied respectively.The index weights were calculated by subjective weighting method of adjacent superior membership degree and objective information entropy method based on rough set conditions,and the combined weights of each index were calculated by weight fusion method with maximum deviation.(4)The comprehensive evaluation model of service behavior of Zhihu Gang Project based on grey cloud clustering was studied,and the service behavior grade of Zhihu Gang Project was determined as "safer".
