| The design and construction of most sluices in China are limited by economic and technical conditions during construction,and the project quality may not meet the current requirements.After years of operation,there are a variety of diseases which will affect the reliability of sluices,so it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the service performance of sluices.Taking Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice as the object,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the sluice and evaluates its service performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The main existing problems of Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice and its causes are analyzed;According to the reliability theory,the durability of concrete is analyzed by using the prediction model of concrete carbonation depth,and the carbonation life of concrete structure is estimated.Combined with the relationship curve between metal damage and metal calendar life,the life prediction formula of gate components is deduced,and the steel gate life of Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice is predicted.(2)The three-dimensional finite element model of Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice is established by using ABAQUS software.According to the calculation results,the stress distribution of the sluice chamber structure is analyzed.The stress of soil and pile group in the composite foundation are studied as well as the load sharing ratio.It is found that the pile body bears most of the load.(3)By analyzing the practical values of sluice settlement and the theoretical values of finite element software calculated,it is found that the sluice has differential settlement.The foundation settlement is predicted by exponential curve method and grey GM(1,1)model prediction method,and the influence of settlement on the structure is analyzed.(4)The evaluation index system of sluice service performance is established and the method of index quantification is studied.The improved group G1 method,triangular fuzzy DEMATEL method,coefficient of variation CRITIC method and Gini coefficient method are used to weight the evaluation indexes respectively.The improved game theory method is used for weight fusion.The service performance evaluation model of sluice based on multidimensional normal cloud is established to evaluate the service performance of Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice.The evaluation result is that Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice is evaluated as "class Ⅱ sluice",which is consistent with the safety appraisal conclusion of Zhangjiagang Controlling Sluice in 2020.(5)Visual Basic is used to develop the service performance evaluation system of sluice engineering,which develops the functions of index quantification,weight calculation,weight fusion and sluice service performance evaluation and so on,provides a friendly interface,simple operation and reliable results for sluice evaluation. |
