Research On The Working Capital Management Of G Company From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Under the background of economic globalization and economic new normal,the status and role of enterprise working capital management are becoming increasingly prominent.Working capital is the basic guarantee for the operation and development of enterprises.Effective management of working capital is crucial to the survival and development of enterprises.Perfecting the management of working capital can not only guarantee the consumption of capital in the production and operation activities of enterprises,maintain the normal operation of enterprise capital,but also help enterprises to improve the operating profit margin and ensure the firm market position of enterprises.Value chain as the main tool of modern enterprise management,its combination with working capital management is helpful to promote the enterprise to achieve the goal of value maximization.On the one hand,the management of working capital based on the perspective of value chain is helpful to fully allocate the resources of each link in the enterprise and improve the utilization rate of the resources in the enterprise’s internal value chain;on the other hand,it is helpful to establish the value chain of a community of interests between suppliers,enterprises and customers and improve the interests of each link in the external value chain.Optimize enterprise internal and external activities as well as upstream and downstream value chain relationship,so that the enterprise’s working capital management system has been constantly improved.Based on the understanding of working capital management theory and value chain theory,this paper selects household appliance company G as the research object.Firstly,the research background,purpose,significance and research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,through the analysis of the scale of working capital,operating efficiency and effect and structure of the working capital management status quo.Thirdly,it analyzes working capital management from the perspective of value chain,including: value chain,working capital management mode of each link of value chain,internal and external value chain related financial index evaluation,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of G Company’s current working capital management.Finally,from the perspective of internal and external value chain,it provides optimization countermeasures for the working capital management of G Company.It is expected that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the working capital management of G Company,so as to help improve the level of capital management of G Company.
