| With the continuous development of the civil aviation industry, more and more advanced aircraft and complex operating environments have continuously increased the requirements for the capabilities of pilots. As flight schools serve as the gateway for civil aviation pilots, the "one shot and two rudders" flight teaching method obviously cannot fully match the requirements of the civil aviation industry in the new era for transport aviation pilots, and the importance of non-technical skills has become increasingly prominent. In order to make up for the lack of non-technical skills training in the initial training process of the overall course pilots, this article first starts with the full implementation of the non-technical skills of the pilots in the initial training phase, combined with the requirements of civil aviation regulations, using questionnaires and interviews to interview 41 frontline pilots. The flight instructor and 9 flight leaders conducted a survey and analyzed the results by using independent sample t-tests,and concluded that the stage where the non-technical skills of the pilots are fully implemented in the initial training stage is the instrument level training stage.Afterwards, through literature collection and legal interpretation,a questionnaire was conducted on 232 flight students and 46 flight instructors to screen non-technical skills training indicators. After analyzing the results,11 non-technical skills training indicators were obtained: flight style, information communication, and emotional management.,Situational awareness,self-awareness,judgment and decision-making,stress management, resource management, teamwork, empathy, leadership ability.Subsequently, based on the selected training indicators, combined with the relevant requirements of civil aviation regulations during the instrument flight phase and the characteristics of phase training, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different course methods,a non-technical skill course training program was developed. The training consists of ground course training and practical training. The basic instrument flight stage mainly implements ground course training, and the instrument approach transition stage mainly implements practical training.Afterwards, based on the content of non-technical skills training indicators,a non-technical skills evaluation program and scoring standards were designed, including 44 observable behaviors for non-technical skills evaluation. Finally, eight pilot pilots in the experimental group were trained in non-technical skills in the form of empirical research.By comparing the experimental evaluation data of the experimental group and the eight control groups without non-technical skills training, the independent sample t test was used to make significant differences.Analysis and draw two conclusions:(1)The non-technical skills of trainee pilots who have undergone non-technical skills training are significantly improved compared to those of untrained pilot pilots;(2)The technical skills of trainee pilots who have undergone non-technical skills training are significantly improved compared to those of untrained pilots. |
