| As the one of key parts of fiber-optic guided missile,fiber optic package is used for image and signal transmission between missile and ground launch system.However,the winding quality of fiber optic package affects the successful launch of missile directly.Because a massive number of ultra-long distance winding adaptability tests increase the cost of optical fiber,and it is difficult to verify the correctness of the winding structure design.Consequently,it is necessary to establish the parametric model and optimized algorithm to develop the parametric design software of optical fiber package.The concrete content of the thesis is as follows:1)The geometric structure of fiber optic package is analyzed and the model assumption is made.The movement track and winding length of the optical fiber are calculated by mathematical integration method.Finally,the mathematical model of the optical fiber winding structure is established,which considered the influence of bobbin taper for fiber optic package and caculated the accurate winding length of the optical fiber.2)According to the parametric theory,the dimension types of fiber optic package parts,including carbon fiber spool,silicone rubber film,flange and optical fiber coil,are determined.And the parametric model of fiber optic package parts and the parametric assembly model are established as its actual structure.Finally,the continuous cross turns at both ends of the optical fiber winding layer are realized.3)According to the optimization theory,the optimization objective and the design variables of fiber optic package’s structure are determined,the objective function and constraint conditions are established,and then the optimization mathematical model is established.Based on the exhaustive method and NSGA-Ⅱ optimization algorithm,the optimal solution set of the optical fiber package’s geometric parameters is obtained.4)Based on SolidWorks and Visual Studio software,the parametric design module of optical fiber package is designed with VB language.And based on MATLAB software,the optimization design module of optical fiber package is designed.Each module and interface of the parametric system platform of optical fiber package are created,the data interaction between each module is completed,and two test examples are given.Finally,The parametric design system software of optical fiber package structure is successfully developed.In this thesis,based on the mathematical model of optical fiber package’s winding structure,the parametric design of its parts and the parametric assembly are realized,and then the optimal solution set of optical fiber package structure’s is calculated by exhaustive method and NSGA-II optimization algorithm.In the end,the parametric design system software of the optical fiber package structure is successfully developed,which provides a rapid method for parametric design and optimization design of serial optical fiber package structure. |
