At present,China is trying to promote agricultural mechanization and the production process of green and pollution-free,among which,"green agricultural machinery" project as a national development goal has been vigorously promoted in this situation.Compared with traditional oil-fired tractors,electric tractors have the advantages of low or zero emission,low energy consumption,low noise and low vibration level.Due to the conformity with the environmental protection concept of the current era,more and more enterprises and users are paying attention to them.The lightweight design of the electric tractor chassis can improve the performance of the vehicle and achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption to extend the battery life.Based on the main technical parameters of the 25-horsepower electric tractor and the traditional fuel tractor chassis model data,the design of the electric tractor chassis structure is carried out.According to the structural characteristics of the chassis of electric tractor and the layout principle of the power battery pack,four layout schemes of the battery pack are put forward,and the corresponding static analysis of the chassis is carried out to determine the final layout scheme of the battery pack.Under the layout scheme,the lightweight design of tractor chassis is carried out through optimization method,and the results can meet the requirements of static and dynamic characteristics.On the basis of the final determined chassis structure,combined with the principles of ergonomics and relevant design standards,the dimensions of cab and hood hard points of 25 HP electric tractor are calculated and the layout position is determined.Finally,the conceptual design of the whole tractor model is completed.
