In recent years,the world's environmental problems have become increasingly severe.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the world's environment and resources,countries and industries have begun to focus on research on new energy.The use of electric energy instead of fossil energy has become a key research direction in the automotive industry and construction machinery industry.As a big agricultural country,China's sustainable development of agricultural mechanization is the top priority in recent research projects.As a large-scale agricultural machinery,tractors have amazing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.The use of vehicle batteries instead of engines as a power source will have important practical significance for China to achieve the goal of "green agricultural machinery".The research on electric tractors at home and abroad is based on the research of new energy automobile industry and traditional tractor industry.There are great similarities in design methods,development processes,design specifications and technical principles.At present,China's research on electric tractors is still in its infancy and exploration stage,and there are no mature research methods and research results.This project is based on the "25HP Double Electric Motor Driving Electric Tractor "project,according to the dynamic performance requirements of the tractor,the main design parameters are calculated.,and its main components are selected.Combining the theory of automobile ergonomics and the theory of total vehicle layout,this paper summarizes the design process of the "25HP Double Electric Motor Driving Electric Tractor",and designs the tractor cab,including the driver seat and control device,as well as the cab space.Based on the industrial product design theory and ergonomics theory,the design of the cab and its parts were carried out.On the basis of discussion of the relationship between structure and shape,the conceptual design of the electric tractor was completed,and the color pattern of electric tractors was explored depending on the general rules of color design of industrial products.Finally,two kinds of color matching electrics were established.,as well as the model of the electric tractor.Based on the model of the tractor,the ergonomic analysis of the electric tractor was carried out using RAMSIS,mainly including the driver's sitting comfort,the driver's shifting posture comfort,the driver's accessibility and visual field check.Through these analysis,the rationality of the "25HP Double Electric Motor Driving Electric Tractor"design was verified.
