Research On The Sustainable Growth Of Changan Automobile From The Perspective Of Finance

After the reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved rapid growth,and made great achievements at the same time.With the continuous prosperity of people’s life,the demand for motor vehicles of our country is gradually increasing.In addition,our country has a huge consumer group,which makes the automobile manufacturing industry develop vigorously and become the pillar industry of our economy.The rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry has been continuing up to now,and compared with European and American countries,China’s automobile manufacturing industry still has huge development potential.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition and the birth of new automobile manufacturing technology,China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises have been strongly impacted,resulting in the problems of reduced operating efficiency and enterprise development.In order to help China’s automobile manufacturing enterprises achieve sustainable growth,based on the financial perspective,we use the sustainable growth model to study the sustainable growth rate of enterprises,and explore the sustainable growth ability of enterprises and the difficulties faced by enterprise development.Based on the financial perspective,this paper selects Chang’an Automobile Company as the research object,collects its annual report data from 2013 to 2018,and explores the sustainable growth ability of the enterprise,so as to provide reference for the sustainable growth research of automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper first introduces the background,significance,research status,research content and research methods used in the research,then identifies the differences between the concept of enterprise growth and sustainable growth,introduces the relevant theories and models of sustainable growth,and selects Higgins model after comparing the four models for sustainable growth research.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of Chang’an Automobile Company,and studies the basic financial ability of Chang’an Automobile Company from the aspects of profitability,solvency,operation ability and dividend policy.After that,the actual growth rate and sustainable growth rate of Chang’an automobile are calculated,and the influencing factors of its growth deviation are analyzed from two aspects of operating efficiency and financial policy.Through research,we find that Chang’an Automobile Company has some problems,such as declining profitability,poor management of accounts receivable,insufficient short-term solvency,unreasonable dividend policy and so on.Finally,in view of its existing problems,the paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures from the aspects of operating efficiency and financial policy,such as reducing cost and increasing efficiency,improving profitability,implementing comprehensive management of accounts receivable,optimizing financing structure,and formulating reasonable dividend policy.Hope to help Chang’an Automobile Company achieve sustainable financial growth,and provide reference for the long-term development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
