Research On Financial Planning Of Chinese Home Appliance Industry From The Perspective Of Sustainable Growth

All enterprises exist for the purpose of growth and development,and in the process of enterprise growth and development,can not be blind,to develop financial planning in line with the development of enterprises.The excessive growth rate of enterprises will lead to the shortage of resources,which is not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.The growth rate of enterprises is too slow,unable to adapt to the development of the environment,and eventually will be eliminated and exit the market.Financial planning takes enterprise financing,investment,operation management and profit distribution activities as the planning object,which has certain guidance for the financial activities of enterprises.The formulation of reasonable financial planning is conducive to the enterprise to raise funds methodically,make reasonable use of funds for production and management,and finally occupy the market position.From the perspective of long-term development of enterprises,sustainable growth can enable enterprises to obtain stable income and maintain effective competitiveness in the long-term business process and market competition.Therefore,the study of financial planning from the perspective of sustainable growth will promote the development of enterprises.Based on sustainable growth and taking Haier as an example,this paper uses case study,literature study and comparative analysis to analyze the impact factors of sustainable growth and financial planning,and takes the sustainable growth of enterprises as the premise of financial planning,and then studies and analyzes the sustainable growth capacity of enterprises.This article first gives a brief overview of the financial planning of China’s home appliance industry from the perspective of sustainable growth,analyzes the characteristics of China’s home appliance industry,the significance of doing a good job of financial planning based on sustainable growth in China’s home appliance industry,and the overall status of financial planning from the perspective of sustainable growth in China’s home appliance industry.Then,it briefly introduces Haier and analyzes its internal and external environment.It uses the Higgins model to conduct a general analysis of Haier’s growth in the past six years.Firstly,select financial data from the past six years,calculate and analyze the actual financial situation of the enterprise through enterprise capability indicators,and find that its operational capacity needs to be improved.Then,according to the sustainable growth model,the sustainable growth rate is obtained,and the actual growth rate is obtained based on the actual operating situation.It is found that the actual growth rate does not match the sustainable growth rate.When the actual growth rate is greater than the sustainable growth rate,Haier Company chooses to increase the financial resources of the enterprise by increasing liabilities,reducing the dividend payment rate,and increasing the retained earnings of the enterprise,reducing the actual growth rate,and bringing the actual growth rate back to the sustainable growth rate;When the actual growth rate is less than the sustainable growth rate,it can increase the actual growth rate by increasing external investment and expanding the business scope by fully utilizing the idle financial resources of the enterprise.Finally,suggestions are made to address the issue.Haier needs to improve its asset turnover rate and sales net interest rate to improve the efficiency of capital use,adjust its dividend payment policies based on the specific development of the enterprise,and make reasonable investment and financing plans.It is expected to enhance Haier’s sustainable growth ability and achieve sustainable growth.The conclusion will be extended to the household appliance industry to promote sustainable growth in the household appliance industry.
