The close-range photogrammetry industial-measuring-system is a new type of measurement technology, which is developed based on the synthetic application of technologes of computer, image matching, pattern recognition and photogrammetry measurement. It can determine the profile and motion state of objects, obtain actual dimension and build up 3D models.This paper systematically describes the basic principle, device method and application of radar antenna close-range photogrammetry industial-measuring-system system. Main content includes:the first part, theoretical foundation of radar antenna close-range photogrammetry industial-measuring-system which comprises computation algorithmic method based on collinear condition equation, direct linear transformation method and the theory, and forward intersection and Resection theory and processing method; the second part, model selection and calibration of photography devices which includes model finalization of digital cameras and back support of digital devices, and calibration of internal and external azimuth elements and aberrance parameters of hardware equipments; the third part, software function design which includes how to obtain and process the digital images, how to realize the identification of control points, how to process analysis and computation of the image data, and conversion of data format. Finally, this system can solve some problems in radar antenna measurement by verification of experimental test.
