| Root-Reinforced Concrete pile grouting,grouting on pile bottom gap filling,soil around pile tip for reinforced concrete piles,precast pile and pile body,the total length of pile in precast pile lateral expansion body wrapped slurry and cement mortar mixture concretion body,formed by both inside and outside layers of material pile,combining the advantages of prefabricated pipe pile and pile and its construction process to overcome the lack of pipe pile and pile in construction of the respective.Compared with the rigid composite pile and cement-soil composite pipe pile formed by in-situ mixing,the quality of the wrapping material of the pile body of the root solid pile can be controlled manually,and it can be used as the pile foundation,which has a wider applicability.In view of the mechanism of pile tip resistance and pile lateral friction resistance under different root-solid conditions,and the calculation of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile under different root-solid conditions,further study is needed.In this paper,the root is the influence of conditions of pile tip resistance and the influence of the single pile bearing capacity for the design of full scale test,according to "Technical Specification for Root-reinforced Concrete Piles",of China Civil Engineering Society(for approval)pile length of expansion body design rules,design the four different root length of the solid package expansion of pile body,to determine the ultimate bearing capacity estimation loading method,comparison and analysis its under load bearing character and pile body internal force distribution law;The influence of the thickness of the wrapping material on the bearing capacity of the pile and the distribution of the internal force of the pile was calculated and analyzed by using the finite element simulation software.Finally,by comparing the bearing capacity of single pile with two design schemes in project,the influence of root solid condition on the bearing capacity of single pile is analyzed..Main research conclusions package:(1)Under the test conditions,with the increase of pile top load,the increase trend of pile tip resistance of short-core pile is slower than that of equal-core pile.Under the ultimate load,the pile tip resistance decreases with the increase of root solid depth,and the pile tip resistance of equal-core pile is the largest.The bearing capacity of single pile with equal core root is higher than that with short core root.(2)The results of pile stress distribution of the expanded material show that the load of the equal-core pile is transferred to the expanded material,and the load is transferred to the expanded material by shear stress.The load of short core pile is transferred by shear stress on the upper pile body and compressive stress on the lower pile body.(3)When the embedding method is used in the construction,the increasing coefficient of lateral resistance of single pile in the estimation of ultimate bearing capacity can be taken as the lower limit according to the standard "Technical Specification for Root-reinforced Concrete Piles",of China Civil Engineering Society(for approval).(4)Under the condition that the length and diameter of the core pile remain unchanged,the bearing capacity of the single pile can be improved by increasing the thickness of the expanding body and increasing the "outer diameter" in a certain range;The bearing capacity of single pile can also be increased by increasing the strength of expanding material in a certain range. |
