| Among all kinds of bottle packaging products,a bottle cap is an important part of bottle products.One part of the bottle cap structure is complex,composed of multiple parts.In this paper,a new type of high-speed capping machine for bottle cap assembly is designed for complex bottle cap assembly.Mainly from the group cover machine design,key components design and analysis and prototype test three aspects of research.The key research contents and important conclusions are as follows:(1)The mechanism of bottle cap combination is studied,the design concept of packaging machinery at home and abroad and the overall design structure are integrated,the transmission scheme of the whole machine is designed,according to the characteristics of the bottle cap,the three-dimensional model of the capping mechanism is designed by grasping and pressing,and the top rod spring in the mechanism is designed reasonably.(2)The main shaft of a tower is designed.From material selection to structural design,to the whole assembly scheme,the design is carried out.Through the theoretical bending and torsion check calculation,the theoretical calculation stress of the spindle is small,and the finite element statics analysis and modal analysis are carried out in the ANSYS software.The maximum static stress of the spindle is much smaller than the yield limit;The first four natural frequencies of the spindle are larger,the self-excitation frequency is smaller,and the whole mass is reduced by 32% compared with the spindle on the original cover machine,and the stress and strain of the tapered roller shaft with the spindle are also smaller.Meet the operating conditions.(3)The cam of a cylindrical cam mechanism of cover machine is designed and analyzed.A contour line of the cam is designed,and the contour line of the cylindrical cam is fitted with five polynomial curves and sinusoidal curves respectively,and the SolidWorks 3D modeling is carried out.By using Adams analysis software,the dynamic simulation of cylindrical cam mechanism fitted with five polynomial curves and cylindrical cam mechanism fitted with the sinusoidal curve is carried out.The acceleration curve of roller motion and the contact stress diagram between roller and cam are obtained respectively.The simulation results show that the cylindrical cam fitted with five polynomial curves is more stable and can be used in the manufacture of cylindrical cam.(4)Through the analysis of the feasibility of the virtual prototype,the prototype equipment of high-speed cover machine is developed.To carry on the bottle cap assembly test to the high speed group cap machine prototype,carries on the systematic sampling to the bottle cap finished product after the test,The qualified rate of the finished product is 98.5%.The finished product of bottle cap assembly meets the requirements of,verifies the group cap machine prototype feasibility. |
