| At present,the distribution of medical resources in China is unbalanced and 80%of the medical imaging diagnostic resources are concentrated in the large urban hospitals,which leads to a vicious circle of overcrowding in the large hospitals and no one in primary hospitals.Therefore,to improve the terrible situation that difficult and expensive to get a medical treatment at the grassroots,a distributed regional collaborative medical image information system is proposed in this paper to solve the problem that difficult to transmit and store in the process of the remote diagnosis.The above system can realizes the expected targets that the telemedicine data is transmitted in a high speed and the distributed medical image data is stored and the talents in image diagnosis in the grassroots hospitals are training,etc.The main works of this project are as follows:1.Facing to the demand of the high-speed medical image data transmission,SSM(Spring,Spring MVC,Mybatis)framework and JPEG2000 compression algorithm are adopted in this system to realize the lossless compression and the lossy compression of the medical image data,and improve the speed of data transmission about 2.5 times;At the same time,the accurate storage and the fast retrieval improved about 3.2 times of the medical image data are realized in the proposed system,and the goal that the doctors read image data remotely and quickly is also achieved.2.To meet the demand of the distributed storage of the medical image data,Fast DFS(Fast Distributed File System distributed File system is used to store data in the proposed system.Based on the original system architecture,the Redis cache module is added to solve the problem of the reading efficiency of the hot files;Meanwhile,considering the problems of the low efficiency in the data transmission and the data storage when the large capacity medical image data are encountered in Fast DFS distributed file system,a large file block module is designed to improve the storage performance of the system.3.Aimed to train the primary medical information talents and the imaging diagnosis talents,the system includes the functions of the remote consultation,the data statistics,the video library of image diagnosis and so on are included in the system,which uses the network to retrieve,retrieve and browse medical image data anytime and anywhere.Therefore,it can speed up the training of the medical information talents and the backbone team of the image diagnosis doctors.The distributed regional cooperative medical image information system designed in this paper includes the functions of the high speed transmission and the distributed storage of the medical image data,the remote consultation,the data statistics and so on.Positively,it can effectively improve the transmission speed and storage efficiency of medical image data,realize the sharing of the medical image data resources in the region,and strengthen the construction of the medical information talent team in primary hospitals,and alleviate the problem that difficult and expensive to get a medical treatment at the grass-roots level to a certain extent,which is of great practical significance. |
