Abstract/Summary:
With the development of China’s overhead line into the ground project,the advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of the city,underground power grid construction ushered in a broad space for development.As one of the construction methods of underground pipe network,trenchless technology has been rapidly developed and widely used in developed countries because of its low comprehensive cost and environmental friendliness.However,in China,due to the vague understanding of cost-benefit indicators of trenchless operation by owners,contractors and relevant government departments,the promotion application of Trenchless Technology in China’s urban infrastructure construction is hindered.Therefore,this paper takes trenchless guided boring technology laying underground cable pipe as the breakthrough point,studies the economic advantages of trenchless technology from the perspective of comprehensive benefits,in order to provide assistance for the popularization and application of trenchless technology in China.Firstly,On the basis of consulting and collating literature,this paper summarizes the current research status of trenchless technology at home and abroad,Explain the advantages and characteristics of trenchless laying of electric pipes,and compares the differences between trenchless technology and traditional excavation and buried pipe construction,analysis of the differences in construction methods and cost composition.Secondly,based on the theory of quantitative economics、engineering cost and cost-benefit analysis,the economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit of laying cable pipe by trenchless guided boring technology are summarized,and give a calculation formula for quantifying benefits.And on this basis,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index is selected according to the principle of cost-benefit analysis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an evaluation index system,and the weights of evaluation indexes at all levels are determined,so as to pass the evaluation of the trenchless guided boring technology pipe laying construction plan The comprehensive benefits,provide theoretical support for decision makers to choose a trenchless pipe laying construction plan with higher comprehensive benefits.Finally,select a cable pipe laying project of a power supply and distribution project in Puyang City,analyze and calculate the comprehensive benefits obtained by using horizontal directional drilling technology to lay the pipe section compared with the road section using the excavation buried pipe construction method,and based on the evaluation index constructed in this article The system calculates the evaluation result,defines the comprehensive benefit evaluation grade of trenchless guided boring technology pipe laying construction,verifies the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation index system,and finally verifies through a case that according to the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,the selection of higher comprehensive benefits The trenchless pipe laying construction plan is feasible.
