| At present,in China’s construction structure,the high-rise shear wall structure occupies a very large proportion.The prefabricated shear wall is widely concerned and received policy support due to its advantages of resource saving and small environmental pollution,so the prefabricated shear wall structure is the current research focus of the construction industry.The precast concrete shear wall structure produces a large number of joints in the assembly process,and the reliable connection of the precast shear wall and the joints is crucial to the safety of the structure.In order to further promote the precast concrete shear wall system,it is necessary to systematically study the seismic performance of the precast concrete shear wall structure with joints,so studying the seismic performance of the precast concrete shear wall members with joints is of extremely important theoretical significance and engineering application value.This paper focuses on the seismic performance analysis of the completed actual projects,and finds the possible position of the weak joint in the simulation calculation process,so as to conduct the finite element modeling and analysis of the weak joint,and provide theoretical reference for similar projects in the future.The main research contents and results include the following aspects:First,according to the construction drawing and structural construction drawings,the completed project instance overall model is used with PKPM software to establish the seismic performance analysis,and analyze the strength,stiffness,stability and various seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall structure.In order to more comprehensively analyze the seismic resistance of prefabricated buildings,and carry out time-range analysis of elastic shear wall structure and static elastic-plastic analysis as supplementary tests of seismic analysis,a weak joint may be found in the process of simulation calculation.The following results are obtained through analysis: cycle ratio,shear weight ratio,axial pressure ratio and other information of the structure;structural elastic time-range dynamic analysis and static elastic and plastic analysis to meet the deformation requirements stipulated in the specification under severe earthquake and rare earthquake;the displacement of node 5044 and 6552 nodes are beyond the specification limit,there are safety risks in the project,the location of the node should be further analyzed.Other performance indicators basically meet the limit of the specification,indicating that the prefabricated shear wall structure is relatively regular in both plane and vertical,which can ensure good seismic performance.Secondly,referring to the relevant test,ABAQUS was used to model the prefabricated concrete shear wall and verify it with the test results.After analysis,the ABAQUS finite element software is modeling correctly,and the results of the simulated prefabricated shear wall are effective,providing a basis for analyzing the seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall with joints.Finally,according to the actual engineering,establish a prefabricated shear wall structure model with vertical and horizontal joints applied by ABAQUS and weak joints,and compare the corresponding overall cast-in-place model.After analysis,the results of the concrete stress distribution cloud map,skeleton curve,carrying capacity,ductility of the precast components and the cast-in-place components are relatively similar,and the damage law of the model is very consistent.Explain that the prefabricated shear wall with patchwork joints has the same seismic performance as the overall cast-in-place shear wall,and the existence of horizontal and vertical joints can ensure structural safety.The finite element simulation has some reference significance for prefabricated assembly with seams... |
