As an important transmission and transformation equipment,the detection of insulation condition and the evaluation of equipment condition are very important to the safe operation of power network.This model will cause part of the circuit power outages,to inconvenience power customers.This mode will cause power failure of some lines,which will bring inconvenience to customers.With the development of ultra high voltage,the traditional maintenance mode can not meet the development requirements of the grid,so under the condition of no power state detection of capacitance type equipment is very important.The dielectric loss factor is an important parameter to reflect the insulation health of capacitive equipment.When the insulation is damp,aging and other problems occur,the dielectric loss value can be perceived more sensitively,and the value changes.So get the timely and accurate parameter values,in the event of blackouts during the devices do not complete the measurement of dielectric loss value,the health status of equipment in anticipation,has the vital significance.According to statistics,the capacitive equipment with insulation fault are mostly old equipment or equipment whose dielectric loss value is close to exceed the standard.This paper calls such equipment as key monitoring equipment.Starting from the engineering practice,for capacitive type equipment in operation,do not need to total station apparatus are fitted with online examination system,the only part of the key monitoring equipment for condition monitoring.Thesis firstly introduces the background of the capacitance type equipment charged dielectric loss factor testing,its research status are reviewed in this paper,introduces the capacitance type equipment dielectric property and the insulation condition detection method,discussed the development of the digital dielectric loss measurement process,find the suitable this topic of hanning window full-wave Fourier algorithm.According to the structural characteristics of the field equipment,a modification scheme of the terminal screen of the capacitive equipment is put forward from the point of view of engineering,and a set of dielectric loss live detection device is designed.The whole set of live detection device adopts TMS320F28335 processor as the core of the hardware circuit,mainly includes: based on the principle of zero flux high precision WYJ-3F-1V through the core type current sensor,current,voltage signal sampling and processing circuit,AD7656 conversion circuit,communication and power circuit and other modules,and adopt a variety of anti-interference measures to improve the measurement accuracy.The whole live detection device adopts the hardware circuit with TMS320F28335 processor as the core,it mainly includes: The high precision WYJ-3F-1V type through-the-heart current sensor based on the zero-flux principle,the current,the voltage signal sampling processing circuit,the AD7656 conversion circuit,the communication and the power supply circuit and so on,DS18B20 temperature sampling circuit is designed to reduce the influence of temperature change on dielectric loss value as much as possible.Finally,the software design and functional test of the testing device are completed,and the test is carried out in a training base of substation.and the installation test was carried out.The measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of use.
