Subsidy、innovation And Sustainable Development Of New Energy Vehicle Industry

National 12 th Five-Year Plan listed New Energy as one of the strategic emerging industries,and would give the new energy vigorously support.Coupled with the global environment get worse,people pay more and more attention to energy conservation and emissions reduction,so the new energy automotive industry whether can sustainable development is very important to the country.But Chinese new energy automotive industry started late compared with abroad,state subsidies played an important role to its development.Now the government subsidies continue to fall,so to explore the innovation of enterprise,subsidies and the sustainable development is necessary.This article through to analyse innovation and subsidy of new energy automobile,found that subsidies affected the performance of new energy automobile enterprise to a larger extent.enterprise’s net profit in the short term will increase or decrease with the increase or decrease of subsidies.How to cope new energy automobile enterprises with subsidies to reduce is worth further study.This paper select typical new energy car company BYD Auto and new forces NIO as the research object,through its official website,U.S.Securities and Exchange Commission,the CPCA,and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for information collection and processing.Literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and induction and summary method are used to carry out key case analysis from 2013 to2019,and explore the impact of innovation and subsidies on the sustainable development of enterprises respectively.The study found that subsidies are an effective implementation strategy to promote the development of new energy vehicles,which can only improve the short-term benefits of enterprises,relying on subsidies will not be able to support its future sustainable development.Innovation is the guarantee of sustainable development of enterprises,and innovation is more important to the development of the new energy vehicle industry than subsidies.Therefore,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the sustainable development of new energy vehicle enterprises,hoping to provide relevant reference for the future development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.
