During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,China officially listed digital creative industry as one of the strategic emerging industries,and proposed to accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and accelerate the construction of an innovation-oriented country.In the era of rapid development of emerging technologies such as virtual reality,artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things in China,more and more digital cultural and creative industries are rising along with the trend.For example,the Palace Museum in Beijing is leading the trend of digital cultural creation with the construction of "Digital Palace Museum".TGC2019 Tencent Digital Cultural and Creative Festival has come to a successful conclusion;As well as the China Digital Cultural and Creative Design Competition,which will be launched in 2019 and continue to be carried out in 2020.The concept of "digital cultural creation"has become deeply rooted in people’s hearts and gradually participates in People’s Daily life.In the digital environment where all the people participate and share,experience elements become the top priority of digital product design.This is because the design elements of digital technology and cultural and creative products can be well integrated from the perspective of user experience design,so as to produce digital cultural and creative products that meet the needs of modern aesthetics and improve the cultural communication and life entertainment value of digital cultural and creative products.In recent years,China’s cultural and creative industries have begun to emerge,especially in the digital cultural and creative industries combined with digital technology.However,the combination of digital technology and cultural and creative industry is a new thing,and we still lack the understanding of its nature and development law,so we need to study relevant theories to guide the development of digital cultural and creative industry.For example,what aspects of design innovation should be carried out in the design of digital cultural and creative products,what design principles should be followed to optimize the user experience of digital cultural and creative products,and how the cultural and creative industry should be combined with digital technological innovation,all of which are urgent problems to be studied.In the design of digital cultural and creative products,the carrier of experience is constantly updated and iterated due to the development of digital technology,and digital products are constantly adding many new features and requirements.The multi-channel interaction mode integrating vision,hearing and touch can make the interaction between people and products more natural,and better meet people’s cognitive and emotional needs,and generate immersive experience.Based on the digital background and from the perspective of"experience",this paper explores the theoretical methods of digital cultural and creative design.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts:Part 1:Research on digital cultural and creative products of the Palace Museum;Part 2:Design of the digital cultural and creative industry from the perspective of experience;Part 3:Empirical Research-Improving Digital Cultural and Creative Products of the Palace Museum.This thesis proposes a user-centered,combined with the three elements of culture,technology and creativity to achieve mass,experience and cultural and creative products with cultural aesthetics.And explore the experience design elements that need to be considered in the digital cultural and creative design from the "experience" perspective,in order:sensory experience elements,behavioral experience elements and cognitive experience elements;to ensure the adequacy and integrity of the user experience design of digital cultural and creative products.Finally,the innovative development methods of digital cultural and creative products are discussed from the three aspects of digital talents,digital production and digital communication.I hope to use the research results of this paper as a design reference to improve the current uneven development status of the digital cultural and creative industry and help China’s digital cultural and creative products to achieve a more complete creative design.The author believes that today’s dotted digital cultural creation will become a prairie fire in the future,and the five-thousand-year Chinese civilization relies on digital technology to glow in a new era in the new era.
