The development of automobiles has greatly improved people’s life and behavior.As a trend of automobile development,electric vehicles are widely used in various fields.Due to their good mobility,low noise,low infrared radiation,good concealment and other advantages,electric vehicles have become the focus of the development of military vehicles.Military electric vehicles will face threats from high-power microwaves and other powerful electromagnetic pulse weapons in the future battlefield.As the core of electric vehicles,the electronic integration of the electric drive system is high and vulnerable to strong electromagnetic pulse interference,which will seriously threaten the mobility and safety of electric vehicles,and thus make the vehicles lose their combat ability in the battlefield.The high intensity electromagnetic pulse enters the electric drive system through the coupling ways such as wiring harness and holes and slits,and then interferes with the electronic equipment of the electric drive system,leading to abnormal operation or even damage of the electric drive system.By analyzing the characteristics of the working signal of the electric drive system,the coupling way of electromagnetic interference and the effect of electromagnetic pulse,the research on the electromagnetic interference protection technology of the electric drive system of electric vehicles is of great engineering significance for improving the immunity of electric vehicles in the strong electromagnetic pulse environment.In this paper,a new tactics prototype with the electric drive system as the research object,through the mechanism analysis,test and simulation method,the sensitive parts of the electromagnetic interference,electric drive systems analysis of electromagnetic interference coupling way,disturbance signal acquisition system,and according to the electric equipment of the system working characteristics and the effect of electromagnetic pulse signal,The electromagnetic interference protection scheme of electric vehicle electric drive system is designed and verified.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on coupling mechanism of strong electromagnetic pulse in electric drive system of electric vehicle.According to the composition and working principle of the electric drive system,the electromagnetic sensitive equipment in the electric drive system is determined by analyzing the coupling way and sensitivity of the electric drive system of electric vehicles,which provides a theoretical basis for the protection of strong electromagnetic pulse.(2)Effect analysis of electric vehicle electric drive system under strong electromagnetic pulse.Mobility is the key factor of military vehicles in the battlefield.When the electric drive system of electric vehicles is confronted with external strong electromagnetic pulse interference,the mobility of electric vehicles will be seriously threatened.By analyzing the working principle of the electric drive system,the motor controller and battery management system related to mobility are determined.In view of the strong electromagnetic pulse interference from the coupling paths of analysis by means of the simulation equipment and the field distribution inside the shell,set up power battery management system platform,through the simulation and experiment platform on the cable on coupling interference signal,at the same time under the irradiation of high power microwave broadband access threshold,the electromagnetic interference to provide data support for electromagnetic shielding design.(3)Research on electromagnetic protection design for radiation and conduction of electric drive system.According to the analysis of electromagnetic interference coupling path,electromagnetic environment and weak link of the electric drive system,the protection design of the electric drive system is carried out by combining field and circuit from two aspects of radiation and conduction.The shell,cable and connectors of the electric drive system are designed to protect the field from radiation interference.From the field to the road of conducted interference by pulse absorption circuit on the amplitude of absorption,interference on the frequency domain filtering through the filter circuit,on the basis of these two kinds of circuit design of a variety of combination protection circuit,through the way of test to obtain the best combination of circuit,and according to the electric drive system in the signal characteristics and requirements to choose the appropriate protective circuit,So as to realize the conductive electromagnetic protection of the electric drive system.The main content and innovative work of the thesis are as follows:(1)A method is proposed to analyze the effect of electric drive system of electric vehicles under strong electromagnetic pulse.For the external strong electromagnetic pulse interference,the circuit layout is optimized by analyzing the internal field strength distribution of the housing to guarantee the mobility of the electric drive system,the feasibility is verified by comparing the test and simulation of cables under high power microwave,and the interference signal is analyzed by simulation for different electromagnetic pulse and different cable types.Taking the power battery management system bench as an example,the electromagnetic sensitivity of the electric drive system under broadband high power microwave irradiation is obtained.Through the combination of simulation and test to analyze the electromagnetic interference characteristics and the electromagnetic sensitivity of the system from space and circuit,the protection design can be effectively targeted at the weak links,where the simulation supports a variety of electromagnetic environment analysis and also reduces the investment of human and material resources in the test.(2)A joint electromagnetic protection design method for electric vehicle electric drive system field circuit is proposed.For the field radiation protection,the shielding of connectors,cables and equipment shell for electromagnetic absorption of protective measures,through simulation to verify the shielding measures protection effect is obvious,which shell electromagnetic absorption not only shell shielding effectiveness in the 1-3GHz range an average increase of more than 15dB also reduces the internal resonance of the shell.For the circuit conduction protection,the use of pulse absorption circuit in the time domain to reduce the amplitude of the interference signal,filter circuit in the frequency domain to filter out interference outside the signal operating frequency,according to the signal characteristics of the electric drive system design multi-stage pulse circuit and filter circuit combination of electromagnetic protection circuit,through the test to verify its protection effect,the best protection circuit combination of protection efficiency can reach 36.31dB.
