Since my country began to introduce wire and cable equipment in the 1960 s,the communication cable industry has played a pivotal role in automation fields such as network communications,power grid equipment,and the Internet of Things.While providing convenience to people’s lives,it also provides energy power for the national infrastructure industry.In the production process of cross-linked polyethylene cable,high yield and high-quality cross-linked cables are produced in the same time.In addition to controlling temperature and time,improving the anti-interference and accuracy of the drape control system has become the focus of this topic.It is of great significance and progress to strengthen the production process of three-layer coextrusion cross-linked cable.This article designs and optimizes the suspension system of Baicheng Fujia Technology Co and provides two alternatives for long-distance transmission of analog signals.The suspension system mainly includes two parts: a transmitting device and a receiving device.In addition,it needs to communicate with the DC speed regulator to form a closed loop.First of all,through the hardware circuit design of the transmitting device and the receiving device,the signal can be variable and selectable and the collected signal can be amplified.It will not only elaborate on the used chip,circuit structure and principle,but also show the target requirements reached by the transmitter and receiver.Next,the microprocessor performs analog-to-digital conversion on the signal,and at the same time,the signal and the external device DC speed controller realize Modbus RTU communication through the RS485 serial port.On this basis,the principle,architecture,transmission method and design process of Modbus communication protocol will be explained.Finally,in addition to introducing the conversion of analog signals into digital signals for transmission,this article also offers4-20 m A current signals for long-distance transmission,providing diverse needs for different manufacturers.Based on this,the suspension system designed in this article can save the company’s cost to a certain extent and increase the product yield;whether it is the components of the circuit or the communication method,it can reduce the loss compared with the previous ones,and has higher reliability and stability;The diversification of the program design provides different scenarios for customer manufacturers,and is widely applicable to catenary three-layer co-extrusion crosslinked cable production lines.
