Research On Building Facilities Management Based On BIM Digital-analog Integrated Management Technology

With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology,many foreign advanced technologies and development ideas have been actively introduced in recent years.As an important supporter of China’s economy,the construction industry has also introduced many new technologies in this new wave of information technology development.Among them,BIM technology and construction facilities management are typical representatives.The two emerging technologies are inevitably faced with many criticism in the course of the future development of the construction industry,such as the loss of data exchange and the backward management of facilities.As the carrier of building information,BIM technology is the best tool to solve the serious loss of building data exchange and the backward management of facilities.The research of building facilities management based on BIM integrated management technology is based on data standards.The definition and essence of BIM digital analog integrated management technology are analyzed.Through structured and standardized data organization and process standard,the BIM data standard of BIM digital model comprehensive management technology is formed.The reason and logic of constructing BIM data standard are studied in a systematic way,and an effective solution is provided to solve the problem of data loss at various stages of design and construction operation and maintenance.Under the support of BIM standard data,through the analysis of the existing problems in the current construction facilities management,the construction facilities management system based on the BIM digital model comprehensive management technology is developed to solve the problem of the construction facilities management.Through the research of this paper,it is found that,first of all,the BIM digital model comprehensive management technology is the best strategy to construct BIM data standard to solve the data loss at each stage of the design and construction operation and maintenance.Secondly,the BIM data integrated management technology of standardized data is the best tool to solve the current management problems of building facilities.
