Research On Construction Strategy And Safeguards Of H Factory Digital Twin System

With the gradual advancement of intelligent manufacturing in domestic enterprises,the management concept of using data governance tools to create value for enterprises has become a consensus of enterprise managers.Production data collection,storage and analysis process,gradually become an important intangible assets of enterprises.The utilization of data assets in the new situation has become a problem that needs further study.By using the production data of enterprises to optimize the enterprise management,so as to maximize the profits of enterprises,deeply excavate the hidden information behind the data,and make use of the analysis results,this will promote the further reform of enterprise management.With the rapid development of the application of digital twinning technology,the establishment of data governance business based on workshop digital twinning system has become the development direction of manufacturing data governance in the future.Manufacturing enterprises should realize the importance of data management work,and actively build enterprise internal industrial data acquisition,data,data analysis,such as platform construction,extensive use of data resources,to promote enterprise towards digitization,finally realizes the digital combination of lean production and digital management of the overall construction goal.This paper takes the production management problems in the electrophoresis and assembly workshop of H factory as the research object,studies the actual problems encountered in the workshop,and summarizes the problems in the workshop that need to seek information construction.Firstly,the paper briefly summarizes the research situation of digital twin system at home and abroad,and summarizes the information system built by H enterprise in the past.Secondly,the typical problems encountered in the enterprise are analyzed and summarized effectively.Using the management method of digital twin supporting index,using digital twin technology means to carry out efficient and accurate digital management of enterprises,promote enterprises to achieve digital lean production.Thirdly,enterprises need to rely on digital construction to form effective digital construction capacity,and set up the enterprise informatization construction framework,and define the specific promotion ideas and methods within the enterprise.Finally,in view of the practical problems of raw material consumption and production management of tightening bolts in the workshop,the paper proposes the construction strategy of digital twin application in the workshop.In view of the practical problems encountered in the workshop,put forward feasible solutions and corresponding safeguard measures.This paper provides the corresponding construction strategy for the optimization of production management in H factory workshop,and proposes the construction strategy of industrial data governance based on the workshop digital twin system,so as to dynamically analyze and solve the production problems in the workshop.Through the system construction process,promote the enterprise information construction level,improve the enterprise digital lean production capacity.This study also provides some reference for other manufacturing enterprises’ digital lean and digital management,so as to promote the overall level of enterprise data governance.
