Electricity plays an irreplaceable role in contemporary society.People’s dairy live is inseparable from electricity,electricity is also extremely important in production with the rapid development of technology.If there is no electricity,people will not be able to live normally,production will not operate normally neither society.The world’s electricity mainly depends on thermal power generation,which is the most important way of generating electricity.Meanwhile,due to the complex risks of fossil-fuel power station,an accident is likely to cause serious consequences.Therefore,it is important to research enterprise property insurance and employer’s liability insurance for fossil-fuel power stations.This paper took the fossil-fuel power stations as the research subject.Firstly,explained the current research status at home and abroad,as well as the status quo of corporate property insurance and employer liability insurance.Secondly,analyzed the risk of property loss and the casualties in fossil-fuel power stations.Used the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of property loss and establish a safety check list,scored the safety checklist to get the risk level of property loss.The LEC method is used to evaluate the risks of different types of work,and the risk level of casualties can be obtained through the LEC method.In addition,the TNT equivalent method is used to simulate the most serious boiler explosion accident and obtained the injury radius.Based on the results of the risk assessment,floated the premium rates and determined the compensation limit.Finally,an example was selected for application,a reasonable rate and compensation limit were determined.According to the actual risk status of the fossil-fuel power stations,calculated the final insurance premium.
