Since the beginning of the 21 st century,our country’s comprehensive national strength has rapidly increased,and many domestic industries now maintain a leading position in the world,such as the production and manufacturing of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.Both the manufacturing and use of air-conditioning equipment are far ahead of other countries.The rapid increase in number has brought huge challenges to the management and control of equipment.Compressors are the heart of refrigeration and air-conditioning,and ensuring the normal operation of air-conditioning compressors is the top priority.However,the traditional manual inspection of equipment management methods can no longer meet the requirements.Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" was proposed,the development of domestic cloud computing platforms has become increasingly mature,and more and more industries have realized projects "on the cloud".Therefore,this thesis proposes to use the advantage of high scalability of cloud computing platform,combined with web application and We Chat small program to realize the system composition of intelligent monitoring and analysis function of air conditioning compressor equipment,so as to save manpower and material resources.First,starting from the research background of the subject,it analyzes the domestic and foreign development status of air-conditioning equipment monitoring system and cloud computing platform technology.In order to solve the current problems faced by the monitoring of air-conditioning compressors,we have an in-depth understanding of product requirements and clarified the main research content of the system.Aiming at the equipment status,enabling status,fault or alarm information,temperature and pressure parameters of the air-conditioning compressor,a design concept to complete the system development with technologies such as cloud platform,4G mobile communication,cloud storage,Web program and We Chat applet is proposed,After completing the work of using the data acquisition circuit to pack the parameters,the compressor data reception,data analysis,data storage,data visualization,data prediction,historical data query,Functions such as equipment control and user information management,and introduced the principles of key technologies involved in system development,including cloud computing platform technology,mobile communication technology,data analysis technology,cloud storage technology,and software development technology.Then introduced the implementation methods of each key technology,first designed a data transmission system based on 4G communication,gave the design of the hardware circuit,completed the 4G communication module selection,interface design,registration package and heartbeat package software settings,etc.Work and write a server program to receive,parse and store the device data sent by the communication module and send device control instructions.Alibaba Cloud Database RDS for My SQL is selected as the database product,and different data forms are designed according to different device data types.Combine Java,Java Script,CSS,HTML and other programming languages to write Web programs and We Chat applets and deploy them to the cloud platform.After data visualization,they are presented to users intuitively,and device control functions are implemented.The Web programs and Practical application of We Chat applet.The extreme learning machine(Extreme Learning Machine,ELM)is used to complete the predictive analysis of compressor operating data and realize the predictive function in the Web program.Finally,a summary of the research is made.The system’s equipment monitoring and data analysis functions can create certain social benefits and economic value,and point out some shortcomings of the system,hoping to further improve the system functions in the follow-up research.
