With the improvement of people’s living standards and the yearning for a better life,green,environmental protection has gradually become one of our most basic needs for life.Therefore,as an essential travel tool in most of our lives,we are more and more inclined to choose energy-saving and environmentally friendly new energy vehicles.At the same time,the car industry is the important pillar industry of the national economy,It has played a very important role in the national economy and social development,the new energy automotive industry as a strategic emerging industry in China,is also obtained the unprecedented development in recent years,in April 2017,the auto industry long-term development planning,put forward a the new energy automotive and intelligent snatched as the breakthrough point,promote transformation and upgrading of the auto industry.Since 2019,in order to adapt to the industrial development of the new situation,seize new opportunities,a firm confidence in the industry,a clear development goals,led by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,in conjunction with the central 12 departments,the National Development and Reform Commission research compiled the new energy vehicles industry development planning(2021-2035),on October 9,2020,state council executive meeting examined and approved.It can be seen that China’s new energy vehicle market has huge potential,which also gives rise to the brutal growth of new energy vehicle manufacturing forces.With the decline of subsidy policies,some new car manufacturing forces have shed their gorgeous "coat",and former star enterprises have withdrawn from the race track.In particular,this year is a test year for new forces in car manufacturing.After the boom receded,nude swimmers emerged one after another.How to achieve a breakthrough is a big test question in front of new car manufacturers.If new energy car making new forces want to highlight the difficulties and stand out,they should focus on quality and safety.,no matter how cool and smart,its claim to the bottom line is to guarantee the product quality,meet the needs of users,only in this way,believe that no matter how cold industry,no matter how fierce competition,enterprises are all have a chance.As a vehicle to carry people,first of all,the car must be safe,and then no matter how intelligent the car is,how many black technology,the final need to face is the market,to be able to withstand the test of the market,so that consumers can rest assured that the use of,that is,it must have excellent quality.This article is based on the author’s car manufacturing new forces,for example,the analysis of existing problems,the quality of the manufacturing from the target,organization,processes,methods,and the five dimensions of problem such as digital,identify its risks,combined with industry advanced quality management concept and system,thus to put forward the optimization improvement scheme in practical application platform,by applying the goal system,organization and business process reengineering,quality solutions and risk control techniques and the digital system to promote the manufacturing quality of level of ascension,to ensure product quality.Through the research and improvement of the manufacturing quality of the New Power vehicle,the manufacturing quality cost has also been effectively controlled and reduced,and the product quality of the vehicle has been greatly improved,which provides a reference and basis for the manufacturing quality management of the New Power vehicle.
