Carbody Seal Quality Improvement Research Of Stainless Steel Structure Of A Company

No matter what kind of railway vehicles,seal quality is always a key quality index,which is relative to vehicle operation security and comfortable factor,we’ll never ignore it.However,there are many difference among vehicle types,structures and manufacturing technology,so it requires highly for the vehicle seal quality.In the practical productions,sevral seal tests need to be made from the carbody manufacture to carbody inside assemble,the production cycle usually is 2~3 standard production cycle.Every year,A company needs to invest a lot of intelligence,money and time to prevent and solve this problem,as the production volume increases sharply,seal quality of vehicle has become a serious bottleneck.To be honest,seal quality problem really limits the production cycle and causes a geat waste in the company cost.The seal quality of carbody is the first step of the whole vehicle seal quality,this paper will use B type stainless steel metro vehicle as seal quality improve material,apply total quality management idea,imply Statistic Table method,Pareto Diagram,Reason and Result Diagram,etc,through PDCA quality management method to analyse the seal quality problem.The analisis will start from the design structure(compare with mature structures),manufacture technology factors(people,equipment,material,procedure,environment,check),quality control measure(check items and check process)and so on,all these aspects will be under a systemic analisis and stastic to find the root of the problems.Besides,we need to research the improve and imply measures to promote the seal quality of the vehicle,increase the production efficiency and cut down the cost.This paper can give some instruction to the vehicle manufacturing.
