Research On Structural Improvement Of Automotive Door Panel Based On Static Perception Quality Improvement

With the continuous improvement of the national economy,people’s attention to the car is not limited to power,appearance and price,for the design of car interior,quality of work and other requirements are becoming higher and higher.As an important part of automotive interior decoration system,the design quality of door panel will directly affect the user’s perception experience.Therefore,it is particularly important to apply the perceived quality to the design of door panels.Automobile perceived quality refers to consumers’ subjective perceptual understanding of automobile product design and quality.In this paper,the structural perception design of the door panel as the research object,through the analysis of the perceived quality of the door panel,door panel structure optimization and improvement,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the perceived quality of products.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the definition and significance of perceived quality are described,and the role of vehicle static perceived quality in vehicle research and development is clarified.Taking a certain project model as an example,according to the design principle of the door trim panel,from the strength,positioning,fastening,performance and other aspects of the door trim panel assembly,the forward development and design of each sub-component,and through ergonomics and mold flow analysis,the comfort and surface quality of the door trim panel are checked.Then,with the concept of paying attention to details and controlling quality,the automotive door panel structure is studied for perceptual quality.From a visual quality awareness,auditory quality awareness,sense of touch quality perception,operating quality awareness,such as direction,combined with theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the standard model,optimized the car door ACTS the role of the board the matching relationship between parts,improved the negative structure,affecting the quality of awareness increases the strength,stiffness and product comfort,in order to realize the fine product structure design,Improve the perceived quality of door panels.Finally,the factors affecting door panel perception are summarized and classified,and the perception quality evaluation table and perception problem tracking table are established for automotive door panel structure,forming a relatively perfect perception evaluation system for automotive door panel structure.The establishment of the evaluation system is conducive to such plaques perceived quality improvement process for effective tracking and control,provide the design for the future of the automobile door trim structure based on and check on,can reduce the late due to perceived problems in building cars again and again modification,to reduce vehicle development cycle,save the production cost,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to contribute.
