With the uninterrupted development of our country’s manufacturing industry and the uninterrupted reforming of modern information technology capabilities,the scale of the production system and the ability of automation continue to increase.Among them,maintenance has a significant impact on the normal work and safe operation of industrial production facilities,aerospace equipment,and military equipment.With the increasingly fierce market competition,companies need to continuously reduce costs to ensure their own development.Therefore,how to formulate a reasonable system maintenance strategy,repair the production system precisely and promptly,ameliorate system reliability,and cut down equipment failures and downtime losses are issues that have been widely concerned by academics and many companies in latest years.After reviewing and summarizing the related results of the series production system reliability and repair policy research,this paper finds that for system reliability modeling and maintenance decision-making issues,there are few documents formulating maintenance strategies based on cumulative costs,and most of them are related to the maintenance cycle,and there are few literatures on redundant design of safety-critical components in series production systems.However,in practical manufacture,the maintenance policy of the series production system cannot be made only based on the single maintenance cost,which leads to lower economic benefits.In addition,the study of maintenance decisions should also consider the number of repairs,because the number of repairs has an impact on system reliability and expense.And designing the safety-critical components as a redundant system can quite ameliorate the reliability of the system and improve the overall performance of the system.Therefore,this article concentrates on these issues and studies the repair policy of serial production systems based on redundancy technology.The major study contents are what is listed next:1.A redundant system maintenance decision based on the cumulative cost limitation is proposed.Taking the k-out-of-n: F system as the research object,a maintenance model based on the cumulative repair cost limitation strategy is proposed.The failure correlation between system components is considered in the model,and system failures are divided into two types system failures according to the number of failed components m in the system.Among them,Type I failure: the number of system failure parts 0<m<k,the repair method is the minimal repair;Type II failure: the number of system failure parts m≥k,the system fails,and the system is replaced.Taking the minimum cumulative repair cost as the target,an iterative algorithm is used to analyze the model to find the optimal minimum repair times and the parameters of each maintenance model.2.A series production system maintenance decision making redundant design of safety-critical components is proposed.Taking the safety-critical components in the serial production system as the research object,it is designed as a k-out-of-n: F system for redundancy.To improve the system reliability and cut down the accumulated repair cost as the goal,establish the reliability model,repair model,maintenance cost and maintenance time model,propose the maintenance decision of the serial production system.
