| With the development and application of new material technology,the underwater antiknock of modern submarines has been continuously improved.The explosive warheads can not effectively damage modern submarines depending on the blast wave.In recent decades,shaped charge warhead has been developed rapidly because of its high-efficiency damage ability to submarine targets.The damage mode of shaped charge warhead to the target is mainly through the formation of shaped charge penetrator penetrating the submarine shell,and the power load such as explosion shock wave can also damage the submarine.The damage characteristics of shaped charge underwater weapons to targets is one of the main research directions of underwater weapons.This paper research the damage characteristics of spherical shaped charge structure to the local shell of single-layer submarine,the main research work and conclusions are as follow:(1)The results show that the underwater explosion of shaped charge structure can not only damage the perforation of shaped charge penetrating the target plate,but also damage the whole depression of the target plate and tear of the depression near the perforation.(2)Underwater explosion of spherical shaped charge produces Rod jet,the formation of jet is divided into two stages: jet formation stage and jet velocity attenuation stage.In order to make the rod jet damage the target effectively,the blasting height should be choosing in the jet velocity attenuation stage.Considering that the submarine target shell armor is thin and the target plate thickness is between 6~15mm,the change of target plate thickness has no effect on the perforation diameter caused by rod jet penetration.(3)Fitting the peak value of underwater explosion pressure of cylindrical charge by Cole empirical formula to obtain the peak value method of shock wave pressure of shaped charge,error rate below 15%.Through the calculation method of shock wave pressure peak value,the damage ability of shaped charge explosion shock wave to the target is quantitatively analyzed,which provides the basis and reference for the research on the power characteristics of shaped charge shock wave.(4)After the shaped charge penetrates into the target plate,there are the phenomena of water impact perforation in front of the target,which makes the perforation aperture larger and the depression and tear near the perforation area.The strength of the target plate has great influence on the impact power with the incoming water flow. |
