As the core parts of electric vehicles,the performance of power battery,motor and electric control is greatly affected by temperature.If the temperature is too high,the core parts of the vehicle will inevitably limit the power and start to reduce the output.If the temperature is too low,the power battery will not be able to charge.Therefore,the ambient temperature indirectly affects the charging performance,power performance and range performance of electric vehicles by affecting the working performance of core components,meanwhile affecting the use of electric vehicles and restricting the further popularization of electric vehicles in the market to a certain extent.Therefore,the design and research of a set of intelligent temperature control system which can help the electric vehicles control the temperature of the core parts in the best temperature range,so as to maintain the best power input and output capacity,so as to solve the pain points of electric vehicles,has become very important and practically significant.In order to achieve the above purposes,this paper follows the design process of system development to design a set of intelligent temperature control system of electric vehicle,and completes the functions check,the matching and calibration of important parameters,performance testing under various working conditions,etc.The core content of this paper includes the following parts(1)To complete the research and design of the temperature control system architecture.Deterine the main composition and selection principles of the temperature control system,collect the input information of the design parameters of the temperature control system,analyze the research status and development trend of the temperature control system at home and abroad,and design a competitive temperature control system architecture in the future.(2)Design the schemes of the temperature control system and complete the calculation of the design parameters.The performance of the temperature control system is explored through simulation and measurement with the real car,and the rationality of the architecture is verified(3)Complete the development of temperature control system.Determine the core control strategy of the temperature control system,such as the system opening and closing strategy,determine the CAN signal demand list,compile the communication protocol,and carry out simulation verification of the CAN bus load rate and system function control process;(4)Complete the functional debugging of the temperature control system development functions.The functions of the crew cabin,power supply,and motor were tested and verified respectively,and the refrigeration and heating functions of the power battery were debuged.Simulation and test were carried out on the core conditions of the vehicle,such as low temperature and overheat.Complete the calibration and matching of the threshold of key functions.In this paper,following the standard process of system development,based on a certain brand of fuel model,the "oil to electricity" vehicle reform was carried out,and the developed intelligent temperature control system was loaded into the real vehicle.The problems occurred in the real vehicle were analyzed item by item,and countermeasures were introduced.Optimize and upgrade the hardware,software and calibration content of the temperature control system,and finally test the performance data of all aspects of the temperature control system to confirm that the system works well,which can effectively solve the pain points in the use of electric vehicles.The safety and stability of electric vehicle power battery has been further guaranteed!...
