| With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry,the concept of product production has changed from quantity first to quality first.In many high-end manufacturing areas,the quality is the core competitiveness of products,so the quality management level of enterprises has put forward high requirements.Most of the manufacturing enterprises in China have been short in quality management,which is far behind the advanced level of foreign countries.There are many reasons for this gap,one of which is the traditional management system and the low level of informatization.Quality management system is the foundation of manufacturing enterprise quality management,including quality management manual,control program files,homework,all kinds of forms,etc.,between the various parts are closely linked,control program file operations can provide guidance for homework files,homework files can provide support for control program file operations.In many traditional enterprises,these documents and forms are still in the state of paper documents,and the whole quality control system is still in the internal control through paper documents and hand-filled forms,which has been unable to keep up with the modern information process.In this paper,combined with the author’s manufacturing enterprise internal quality of hot list processing production process,the actual problems in combination of computer technology and the traditional manufacturing industry,designed and developed a set of hot list processing quality management system,and reserved interface in the system,the late can docking enterprise OA,ERP and other systems.The main work completed in this paper is as follows:1.Understand the status quo of domestic manufacturing enterprises,analyze the development trend of computer technology in manufacturing enterprises,and study how to design and develop a set of practical application of quality management system.2.Determine the application of the quality management system in the heat meter processing production line,improve the quality treatment manual,program control document,operation document and all kinds of forms,and determine the specific requirements of the system on this basis.3.Complete the requirement document,determine the specific functional modules,and determine the key technologies needed for system development.4.Developed the system,conducted various tests after completion,fixed bugs,and got the alpha version.5.Deploy the Alpha version to the Intranet server of the enterprise for practical application,and then continue to find problems,absorb opinions and suggestions,carry out modification and iteration,and finally get the practical 1.0 version of the official system.The technologies used in this system include but are not limited to: UML timing diagram,Java programming language,B/S architecture,MVC design pattern,Bootstrap front-end development framework,Shiro security framework,MySQL database. |
