With the development and application of nuclear energy technology,China has accumulated a considerable amount of radioactive waste,and the disposal of these wastes is finally processed by units of nuclear waste disposal.In the past radioactive waste disposal process,all the data depended on manual records by the staff,and finally a large number of paper documents were formed.This method has several disadvantages.Firstly,the data take up a lot of space,the storage conditions of the documents are harsh,and the security is unwarrantable;secondly,due to the influence of human factors,the data information is difficult to be searched,and the data may be unrecognizable.Therefore,in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations,it is necessary to establish a digital information management system to collect and collate relevant data in the process of nuclear waste disposal and preserve the data for a long time so as to strengthen the safety management of radioactive waste.This paper developed a nuclear waste management system based on C/S architecture for the production line of ****** glass curing project.The system can track the data of the nuclear waste container in the whole process of disposal,and realize the standardized,informative and intelligent management of the product container.The system is designed in strict accordance with the development ideas of the software engineering from the preliminary requirements analysis to the final formation.The client software based on.NET platform is developed in C# programming language,with good human-machine interaction and easy operation;the server software is developed in Java language,mainly using SSH(Strust2-Spring-Hibernate)framework,with good security,stability and scalability;the server and the client interact with each other by HTTP protocol while the database uses Oracle 11 g.The core function modules of the system mainly include user login module,information input module,statistical query module,report management module,rights management module,temporary storage management module,reserved field management module,data disaster recovery backup management module and storage well location information acquisition module.The user login module and the rights management module implement the secondary verification of the login process through the USB-KEY hardware encryption device;the temporary storage management module realizes the generation and display of the radiation distribution map of the storage well in the temporary storage library;The disaster backup module realizes the real-time data synchronization function of the primary and secondary servers;the storage well location information acquisition module realizes the communication between the server and the WinCC client which is established through the Modbus TCP protocol,thereby obtaining the data information of the PLC control system.After the system has been tested and commissioned,the functional modules generally meet the user’s needs,and their performance has also achieved the expected goals,effectively improving the production and management efficiency of the glass curing project,strengthening the security management of various data,and achieving the right intelligent management of product containers.
