| At present,more and more kinds of equipment are used in industrial enterprises,which leads to more and more complicated equipment maintenance services.It is very necessary to design a simple and easy-to-use equipment maintenance service management system,and it will bring great convenience to equipment users and equipment providers.The system designed in this paper is mainly used in the management and maintenance of small equipment in small micro industrial enterprises.This paper introduces the basic method and process of equipment maintenance service management system design,and Java language is chosen to develop the equipment maintenance service management system.In the system development,B/S architecture,MVC architecture and JSP dynamic web page development technology are adopted.My SQL database with simple operation and powerful function is selected for the background database system.The basic information managed by the system mainly includes system information,user information,equipment information and maintenance information.Taking a small railway equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper first investigates the status quo of equipment maintenance management in small and micro industrial enterprises,understands the process of equipment maintenance service,and carries out the feasibility analysis of the system,and understands the basic needs of users by means of questionnaire,field investigation and data analysis.On this basis,four basic functional modules of the equipment maintenance management system are designed,namely,the equipment status statistics module,the user management function module,the equipment management function module and the equipment maintenance information function module.According to the system requirements,the system database is designed,and each function module of the system is developed based on the idea of software engineering.Finally,all functional modules are tested,the problems and deficiencies found in the test process are recorded,and the existing problems are improved and perfected.According to the test results,the system has completed the functional requirements proposed in the demand analysis,and can meet the management needs of small equipment maintenance service of small and micro equipment manufacturing enterprises. |
