With the continuous development of the energy industry,the future energy supply and consumption patterns are changing,and the importance of the overall planning of electricity,heat,gas and other energy is highlighted.Integrated energy system is a research hotspot in recent years,which aims to realize the unified planning and optimal scheduling of electricity,heat,gas and other multi energy,promote the consumption of renewable energy,improve the efficiency of comprehensive energy utilization,and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system.During the production and operation of natural gas storage,it has the characteristics of high total energy consumption,variety of energy consumption and high coupling degree of multi energy.It is not only the storage link of natural gas,but also the energy consumption terminal based on electric energy.It is the ideal carrier of comprehensive energy system.Therefore,this paper analyzes the production characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of underground natural gas storage,builds a comprehensive energy system model,and carries out joint planning and evaluation research(1)The cuckoo search algorithm is used to study the joint planning of integrated energy system for gas storage.According to the production characteristics and energy characteristics of gas storage,a comprehensive energy system and capacity allocation model for gas storage is constructed.Taking the minimum annual cost of the system as the objective function,considering the system investment and operation cost,source energy supply,energy supply and demand balance,equipment capacity and output,and network constraints,a new intelligent cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize the parameters,and the joint planning scheme of the integrated energy system is obtained.Compared with genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the results show that the model based on cuckoo search algorithm has wider optimization range,shorter optimization time and better results.(2)A comprehensive evaluation study on the joint planning scheme of gas storage is carried out by using the sorting method of approximate ideal solution.This paper investigates and analyzes the evaluation indexes and standards of various energy networks,and establishes a three-layer total of 16 index systems from the four aspects of planning scheme’s technicality,reliability,economy and environmental protection.After the weights of subjective and objective indexes are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process improved entropy weight method,the subjective and objective weights are optimized by the least square method,and then the comprehensive weights of indexes are determined,and the results are compared In order to determine the optimal planning scheme,the ranking method of approximate ideal solution is used to evaluate the scheme.
