The world is still facing energy crisis and climate change,and carbon emission is still on an unsustainable growth track,so the development and efficient use of new energy resources is a common solution recognized by the world.Regional integrated energy system can use new energy resources economically and efficiently,among which energy storage is an important means to solve the uncertainty of new energy output,but traditional electrochemical energy storage is only a single electrical energy storage,and the energy efficiency level is low.Hydrogen energy storage has the advantages of large storage capacity,long storage time,and pollution-free storage and use process,and can realize the synergistic and efficient utilization of thermoelectric power.Based on the above reasons,the reasearch of the synergistic planning technology of "new energy+hydrogen storage" can help to explore the coupling mechanism between different heterogeneous energy sources,realize the complementary transformation between different forms of energy,and promote the interconnection between the four links of source-grid-load-storage.It is of great significance in meeting the growing regional load demand,improving the rate of new energy consumption and improving the level of energy utilization,and is also an important means to ensure the reliability,low carbonization and cleanliness of regional energy use.The research of this paper mainly includes the following aspects.First,this paper compares the researches on the application of energy storage in integrated energy system,regional integrated energy system planning,integrated energy system planning with hydrogen storage,and analyzes the coupling and complementary mechanism of each heterogeneous energy source in the integrated energy system.The model of thermoelectric coupling of hydrogen storage unit is constructed,and the optimization strategy of the integrated energy system with hydrogen storage is proposed,taking into account the utilization of thermoelectricity.Second,a synergistic planning method for the integrated energy system of "new energy + hydrogen storage" is proposed.The mathematical model of each device of the integrated energy system is constructed,and the process and variables design process of the planning and optimization model are explained systematically.The planning and optimization model is constructed with the objectives of lowest economy and carbon emission,highest energy efficiency,and energy balance and area constraints.The solution was performed using the CPSO-GE optimization algorithm,which significantly improved the solution efficiency.Third,an example simulation is conducted with a residential community W in northern China as a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and strategy proposed in this paper.The comparative analysis of the three scenarios shows that the introduction of hydrogen energy storage units can significantly improve the new energy consumption rate.Meanwhile,compared with the integrated energy system with traditional electrochemical energy storage and thermal storage tank as the main form of energy storage and the integrated energy with only hydrogen storage,the integrated energy system with hydrogen storage and thermal storage tank can reduce carbon emissions by 43.8%and 7.61%,respectively,and improve the overall energy efficiency level by 337.14%and 14.44%.Fourthly,the proposal of "new energy+hydrogen storage" integrated energy system construction and development was put forward.The research and characteristic analysis of the construction subjects of "new energy+hydrogen storage" integrated energy system clarify the roles of different subjects in the construction of rural integrated energy system and the construction and operation modes that can be used;based on the development of China’s cities,the "new energy+hydrogen storage" integrated energy system planning and operation mode are proposed.Based on the development of China’s cities,the planning and development ideas of the integrated energy system of "new energy+hydrogen storage" are proposed,as well as the development suggestions of hydrogen energy in the production and utilization of the energy system.
