| Production process optimization is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the optimization of production process,productivity can be improved,unnecessary waste can be reduced,and employee work efficiency can be improved,which in turn promotes continuous production of enterprises and enhances their market competitiveness.Lost wax casting,also known as precision investment casting,has a long history in our country and has unmatched advantages over other casting processes,so it is widely used in our country.With the development of social productivity,the requirements for precision castings in my country are getting higher and higher.At the same time,the precision casting production process is long,and there are many links that affect product quality.The quality of finished castings is not easy to control.In recent years,FC Company has gradually encountered problems in the production process of castings,such as inability to meet customer order requirements and production and operation costs that are too high compared to companies in the same industry.In order to solve the problems encountered by FC company in the production process,meet customer order requirements,and maintain the survival of the enterprise in the fierce market competition,FC company must carry out reforms and optimize the production process.Shenyang FC Company is taken as the research object in this thesis.First,the current research status of manufacturing process optimization in companies worldwide is learned,and the theoretical knowledge of the manufacturing process and product processing is reviewed.Second,Shenyang FC company’s profile and its manufacturing process of cavity parts are surveyed and researched to find the problems in product processing,including the redundant process procedures,unsmooth manufacturing process,complicated material transportation,and the low informationization degree of cavity castings’ logistics management.Then the reasons for these problems are analyzed.Afterward,optimization and improvement measures are proposed from four aspects:improving design process procedures,solving bottleneck process problems,rationally planning material transportation routes,and building information material management systems to test the effects of manufacturing process improvement.Finally,the safeguard measures for the above optimization measures are proposed.Through the system,funds,and the personnel face-to-face security system,the company’s effective improvement of the manufacturing execution ability is ensured.The suggestion and measures to optimize the Shenyang FC company’s processing and manufacturing process can also provide references for the improvement of similar companies’ production processes. |
