As the skeleton of urban traffic network,urban rail transit has the advantages of fast,convenient,large volume and no congestion,which greatly meets the daily travel needs of citizens.It is an important part of the public transport system of super-large and super-large cities in China.Just because of the above characteristics,the interruption of the operation of urban rail transit for some reason is likely to cause the paralysis of urban public transport,reduce the operation and service capacity,affect the travel efficiency and experience of citizens,and may also lead to safety risks and even disasters.The severity of the consequences cannot be ignored.In this paper,the shutdown event of Line 2 under the upgrading of signal system of Shenzhen Metro on August 28,2020 is taken as the research sample,and the emergency response methods of urban rail transit are systematically studied and analyzed,with the focus on the ways and methods of interrupting large passenger flow distribution organization by means of emergency shuttle bus.In this paper,according to the process of bus connection preparation and implementation,the related research is carried out,and the design of shuttle bus lines and the matching calculation of the demand of shuttle bus and the arrangement of bus storage under various types of interruptions are deeply studied,and the supporting passenger transportation organization scheme is given.The research results of this paper have important reference significance for improving the emergency management level of urban rail operation enterprises,reducing the impact of operation interruption on citizens’ travel,improving the emergency support capacity and the service quality of rail transit companies.This paper studies the optimization of emergency shuttle bus in the case of interruption of urban rail transit operation.After comparative analysis,the evacuation method adopted is the emergency shuttle bus organization,with the main contents as follows:(1)based on the situation of risk analysis of urban rail transit operation interrupt,interrupt operation of urban rail transit cases,all kinds of transportation passenger flow evacuation plan to explore and research,adoption of flexible,moderate volume,convenient deployment of emergency shuttle bus as passenger flow of urban rail traffic interruption driving events evacuation tools.(2)By comparing the passenger flow data of rail transit section and analyzing the questionnaire survey,the passenger flow of shuttle bus section is predicted;By analyzing the passenger flow of the station section to be connected and the requirements of passengers on the service quality,considering the situation of the interrupted driving station and the social and economic benefits,matching the planned route and route delivery scheme;This paper studies the difference between the operation of regular and special interchange buses,puts forward three methods to calculate the demand quantity of bus interchange buses,two reference methods to arrange bus interchange buses,and arranges bus interchange buses according to the calculation results.(3)Analyze the dispatch,personnel arrangement,ticketing,epidemic prevention,publicity and public relations,communication and liaison,material support,drill preparation and other aspects of the emergency disposal plan,and research and put forward the comprehensive countermeasures and measures to improve the emergency disposal capacity in the case of interruption of operation.From the practical point of view of the rail transit operation company,this paper analyzes each step of the emergency shuttle bus organization in accordance with the whole process.Efficient and orderly evacuation and transfer of passengers,to provide passengers with limited passenger service,to minimize the impact on subway operation caused by the disruption of local line operation.
