As a relatively closed and passenger crowded system, in case of operation disruption, urban rail transit network will make the lins passengers stranded, and causes other related network stations and lines operation order and passenger retention, and seriously affect the regular operation of passenger’s travel safety and urban rail transit network order. So, how to realize the emergency operation disruption of urban rail transit system, and analyze the operation disruptions on the impact of urban rail transit system effectively quantitatively and qualitatively, and take more scientific measures to respond to emergent operation disruption, has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the background of the urban rail transit network operation theory, this paper systematically summary the achievement of rail transit operation disruption and disruption management both at home and abroad. On the basis of research results, it define the rail transit operation disruption, systematically expounds the classification and grading method, characteristics and process. From the perspective of managers, static and dynamic two dimensions expound the content and method of rail transit operation disruption management.On this basis, this paper suppose a scenario of section emergency disruption of Beijing subway Line4, and apply theory of complex network to research rail transit fundamental physics network connectivity and network efficiency before and after the operations disruption; Based on Beijing metro AFC data, the paper analyze time and space distribution of passenger flow; And then from three aspects of detour passenger flow, delayed passenger flow and loss passenger, the paper analyze urban rail transit road network effects by operation disruption quantifiably.Finally, the paper put forward the counter-measures of rail transit network operations disruption from the external and internal aspects of urban rail transit system. From the internal aspects of urban rail transit systemre, the paper search on urban rail transit train operation adjustment strategy from the train dispatch plan, train routing plan, train stop schedule plan four aspects; study on intervention measures of passenger flow such as limiting and inducing passenger flow, and then put forward efficient passenger flow organization method; From the external aspects of urban rail transit systemre, it built bus shuttle scheme optimization model under the condition of scenarios of rail transit operation disruption, and applies the column generation algorithm and the theory of optimum model, instantiate Beijing subway and bus network together, and then put forward effectively bus interchange plan to meet the demand of passenger flow. Finally, comparing the basic bus shuttle plan and bus shuttle optimization path of the same time proves the rationality of the bus shuttle scheme optimization model, and cmparing three times bus shuttle optimization path proves the feasibility of bus shuttle scheme optimization model.
