With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,the population of large and medium-sized cities is increasing exponentially,and urban public transportation is also facing enormous challenges.In recent years,China has attached increasing importance to the construction of urban rail transit,and many large and medium-sized cities have established passenger flow transportation network systems that mainly rely on urban rail transit,supplemented by ground transportation.Rail transit travel accounts for an increasingly high proportion of urban public transportation travel,which connects the entire urban public transportation network.If urban rail transit operations are interrupted suddenly,the connectivity of the network is damaged,and passenger travel plans are interrupted,This usually leads to the problem of passenger detention,which not only affects the normal operation of urban public transportation,but also brings potential safety hazards.In addition to the impact of sudden infectious diseases,timely evacuation of stranded passengers can not only ensure the safe and stable operation of urban public transportation,but also greatly reduce the risk of epidemic transmission.Among them,emergency shuttle bus is one of the important evacuation strategies after a sudden interruption of urban rail transit.Therefore,this article conducts research on emergency shuttle bus scheduling issues in the context of an epidemic situation,with the main research contents as follows:(1)Analyze the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the travel conditions of urban public transportation under the epidemic situation,and summarize the emergency response measures for urban rail transit emergencies.Classify emergencies,analyze and provide corresponding handling strategies for different emergencies,and elaborate the starting conditions of emergency shuttle bus,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research on emergency shuttle bus scheduling.(2)Deeply analyze classic location models,summarize the applicable characteristics of different location models,analyze the characteristics of emergency shuttle bus parking location models in the context of the epidemic,consider factors such as parking point maintenance costs and epidemic transmission risk costs,establish an emergency shuttle bus parking location model in the context of the epidemic,and design an improved binary multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model,At the same time,Jinan Metro is taken as an example for case analysis.(3)Analyze the connection mode of emergency shuttle bus,divide the emergency shuttle bus into two processes: dispatch and distribution.Under the premise of considering the epidemic background,add the load rate and disinfection and sterilization time to build an emergency shuttle bus dispatching model with the goal of minimizing the total time spent on emergency shuttle bus and the average delay time of passengers.At the same time,design an improved artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the model,and propose the concept of assisting in connection,Dispatched vehicles that have not reached the maximum number of shipments are allowed.After completing the current OD pair’s evacuation task,they can assist other stations to continue the evacuation based on time.Finally,taking Jinan Metro Line 2 as an example for analysis,the emergency transfer bus dispatching research is conducted based on the completion of the parking point location selection.The location model and scheduling model of emergency shuttle bus under the background of epidemic situation proposed in this paper provide a certain decision-making basis for emergency handling plans of urban rail transit under sudden infectious epidemic conditions,and have both theoretical and practical significance for ensuring the safe operation of urban public transportation and reducing the risk of epidemic transmission.
