Large machine tamping is the main mechanization means of the maintenance department for the maintenance of ballast track,which can greatly improve the quality of the track,but it can’t be carried out in a large range due to the maintenance cost limitation.The data of track inspection car is the main basis for the line maintenance of the maintenance department,but the existing track quality evaluation index can’t effectively guide the tamping maintenance of the line.The maintenance department should make full use of the track inspection vehicle data to guide the tamping maintenance of large machinery,optimize the maintenance plan and decision-making scheme,and find a balance between higher track quality and less tamping maintenance input.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the tamping and maintenance technology of large machines at home and abroad,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the rail inspection vehicle data and tamping data of Hankou-danjiang Route,and studies the tamping quality index,the optimization of the static measurement methods before tamping and the quality acceptance evaluation after tamping from the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the large machine tamping data of Hankou-danjiang Line from 2017 to 2020 and the improvement of track irregularities before and after tamping,the tamping index is put forward by optimizing the track quality index.Based on the tamping index,the management value of tamping quality is put forward,and the decision-making method of the tamping maintenance plan is further proposed.(2)Combined with the type of tamping vehicle and operating conditions,the minimum length of tamping section,namely,tamping unit,is determined.By calculating the tamping index of each tamping unit and comparing it with the standard value of tamping quality management,the decision-making scheme of tamping plan is put forward.(3)Three different static measurement methods before tamping used in last four years are analyzed,their advantages and disadvantages are compared,and the optimal tamping maintenance scheme for large machine on Hankou-danjiang Line is put forward,and the linear relations before and after tamping of three different measurement methods are obtained by statistical fitting.(4)According to the established tamping maintenance plan and the preferred static tamping measurement method,with two methods of cumulative distribution after tamping and linear fitting relation for comparison and analysis,the tamping acceptance standard is proposed,and the quality of the tamping section in 2021 is evaluated.
