Tamping is the most important and effective maintenance method adopted by the railway engineering department to improve track geometrical irregularity.Large-scale tamping operations require large-scale maintenance machinery such as tamping vehicles and power-stabilized vehicles.The track possession time is long and the maintenance costs are high.With the rapid formation and development of China's railway transportation network,the contradiction between line transportation and maintenance has become increasingly prominent.This has given railway management departments new demands on reducing track possession time and maintenance costs as well as improving safety.Therefore,it is particularly important make a tamping planning that can not only meet the needs of line transportation,but also reduce track possession time and maintenance cost.Based on the above background,this paper will fully consider the heterogeneity and uncertainty of the deterioration process of the track geometry irregularity.The deterioration models of track longitundal irregularity and tamping improvement model based on Monte Carlo simulation are established.Combined with the current cycle tamping and corrective tamping mode of China's railway,tamping decision-making optimization model based on optimal track possession time and maintenance cost is established.The details are as follows:(1)This paper analyses the domestic and foreign research status of prediction theory of track geometric irregularity and optimization theory of tamping maintenance planning.Combining with the present situation of tamping maintenance management of railway machinery in China,the operation parameters,tamping period,tamping operation organization process and tamping maintenance cost composition of tamping machinery are introduced.They provide theoretical support to establish the model of a tamping decision-making optimization model based on optimal track possession time and maintenance cost.(2)A tamping decision-making optimization model based on optimal track possession time and maintenance cost is established.For every track segment,the deterioration models of track longitundal irregularity and tamping improvement based on Monte Carlo simulation are established.Monte Carlo simulation is used to simulate some uncertainties in the process of modeling.This paper predicts the development of track longitundal irregularity within the planned year and the time required for tamping operations.Under the conditions of the standards of state management,operating time constraints,and maintenance capability constraints,considering the track possession time and maintenance cost to achieve the optimal as the objective function,tamping decision-making optimization model is established based on optimal track possession time and maintenance cost.This paper use tabu optimization algorithm to solve the problem to optimizing assignment for cycle tamping and corrective tamping.(3)Case study of the model using data from Lanxin line.Taking the K100+000-K200+000 line section of Lanxin Line under Lanzhou Bureau as an example,consider the actual situation of tamping,A tamping decision-making optimization model in which the planned time is one year based on optimal track possession time and maintenance cost is established.The validity of the model is verified...
