With the economic and social development,China’s railway transportation has entered a period of rapid development.With the increasingly complex huge road network and its operation environment,railway transportation safety also needs new safety management methods and evaluation means with accurate characteristics to continuously improve the level of railway transportation safety and quality management.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research on safety risk management,and then starts with the safety risk management process to identify and evaluate the safety risk Analyze relevant theories and methods such as evaluation of safety risk control measures,study the safety risk management methods applicable to the operation management characteristics of the train depot,and take a vehicle depot as the research object to carry out application comparative study.In this paper,the expert investigation method is used to identify the safety risk point system of a certain train depot,and the risk matrix method is used to make corresponding evaluation.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the safety risk control measures of the depot.Finally,the PDCA theory and safety risk management theory are combined to establish the safety risk management workflow based on PDCA theory,On this basis,the safety risk management system of vehicle depot based on PDCA theory is constructed.Through the targeted research on the safety risk management method of train depot,this paper helps to guide the train depot to scientifically and accurately identify and evaluate the safety risk items,objectively evaluate the safety risk control measures,and improve the transportation safety quality management level of train depot. |
