With the rapid and healthy development of industry and economy in recent years,China’s energy consumption has been growing rapidly,and has become the largest energy consumption country in the world.However,the development of economy and society makes the demand for energy increasing gradually,and the environmental deterioration and energy shortage are followed.At the same time,due to the limitation of energy endowment,China’s natural gas,oil and other fossil energy are relatively lack,and the way of importing energy to the United States and other countries also improves the energy consumption cost of China.In order to alleviate the energy shortage and the high cost of comprehensive energy use,it is necessary to develop and utilize energy reasonably.Renewable energy which is environmentally friendly and can be supplied adequately should be developed,which can optimize the energy consumption structure,improve the utilization rate of energy and reduce environmental pollution.Considering that the microgrid scheduling technology and virtual energy storage technology have become more and more mature with the development of relevant research,it is the main problem of this paper to make reasonable multi-scale scheduling plan for multi microgird system considering virtual energy storage under the premise of ensuring the economic and stable operation of multi microgird system.This paper studies the optimal scheduling of microgird with virtual energy storage and multi-scale time scale.Through reasonable scheduling,the energy structure is improved,the comprehensive energy consumption cost is reduced,and the operation economy of the microgird is improved while the stability of its operation is guaranteed.Firstly,the characteristics and classification of distributed energy and virtual energy storage units in microgird are studied,and the mathematical models of distributed energy and virtual energy storage units are carried out considering various factors.Aiming at the economic optimization,the multi microgird multi-scale optimization scheduling is studied.In the rolling optimization scheduling within the day,considering the different characteristics of cold and hot output and electric power output,the model is divided into two layers according to the scheduling time interval.Finally,the virtual energy storage unit is added to the demand side,and the corresponding virtual energy storage units are scheduled at different time scales considering the load characteristics.Then the scheduling plan is completed with the goal of economic optimization.The results show that the participation of virtual energy storage unit can effectively improve the security,stability and economy of microgrid operation.
