With the dwindlment of fossil energy,it is necessary to develop alternative energy sources such as wind power in the future.Wind power curtailment in winter of northern China is mainly caused by the coupling relationship between electrical and thermal power of combined heat and power(CHP)plants,wind power curtailment is a serious problem which restrict wind power development,and the randomness of wind power have negative effects on accuracy and stability operation of microgrid.It's great significance to development wind power by studying wind power accommodation considering wind power volatility.This thesis combined micro-grid configuration and multi-time scale scheduling to study the problem of wind power accommodation,using additional heat source to solve the “coupling relationship between electrical and thermal power” of CHP,adopting multi-time scale scheduling strategy to smooth the fluctuation of wind power.Taking the microgrid including thermal power unit,wind turbine,CHP unit,heat storage device and electric boiler as the research object,the operation characteristics of each unit are analyzed,and the corresponding output model is established in the microgrid.The multi-time scale microgrid dispatch model with the thermal energy storage(TES)device was established,considering the heat and electric load balance constraint,the unit constraint,the energy storage system constraints,the wind curtailment cost and operating cost of the system.The daily wind power accommodating dispatch model and the intraday wind power accommodating dispatch model are proposed respectively,aiming at the lowest operating cost and the minimum change in the operating cost of the micogrid system with the TES device separately.The operating characteristics of CHP units with TES was analyzed,and caculated the wind curtailment consumption space to determine the storage heat release power incremental model of the TES device when there is wind abandonment or no.In order to further eliminate the wind,electric boiler device was introduced into microgrid,the multi-time scale microgrid scheduling with the electric boiler and CHP with TES was established,considering the influence of the electric boiler on the heat and electric load balance constraint,add abandonment cost,established the daily and the intra-day dispatch model separately,aiming at the lowest operating cost of the micogrid system and the minimum change in the operating cost of the micogrid system separately;analyzed the operating characteristics of CHP units with TES and electric boiler,calculated the wind power accommodating space modelIn order to solve the dispatch model differential evolution(DE)algorithm based on Gauss mutation was taken,the results show that multi-time scale microgrid scheduling model of CHP with TES can effectively improve the effect of wind power accommodation and reduce the operating cost of the system.Adopting electric boilers and heat storage devices to coordinate heating methods can further eliminate wind and reduce operating costs,the multi-time scale intraday rolling scheduling can timely correct the daily dispatching,improve the accuracy of the wind power accommodation,and ensure the stability of the micogrid system.
