With the study of the “new crown epidemic”,it is gradually verified that the new crown virus can be preserved for a long time after freezing,and the importance and awareness of medical health is gradually improved,which has higher technical requirements for promoting the construction of Chinese modern medical cold chain transportation logistics.How to deliver the new coronavirus vaccine cargo safely,efficiently and timely to various demand points is an important problem at present.According to the relevant data,Chinese drug distribution market is growing at an average rate of about 10% per year.The current situation and norms of cold chain logistics in Chinese pharmaceutical industry are very different.The high incidence of drug safety accidents in China has more or less exposed the lack of cold-chain logistics in the pharmaceutical industry.At this stage,there are still differences between the supply chain management and cold chain logistics level of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies,which are stronger than between mid-and lower-stream distribution companies.At present,the policies and regulations of supporting facilities are not implemented in a timely manner,equipment and technical capabilities are weak,information management has low standards,low operating efficiency,low industrialization,low degree of systemization,the shortage of complex talents,and the development of cold chain logistics in the pharmaceutical industry has a long way to go.Cold chain drugs have the characteristics of “high value and high sensitivity”,and the whole circulation stage is strictly controlled by government departments.Through the investigation and research of the whole stage,the four processes of storage,storage,exit and transportation in cold chain logistics are analyzed to find out the factors that affect the drug quality risk in cold chain logistics,to screen the drug quality risk factors by DEMATEL factor analysis,to establish the evaluation index system of drug quality risk in cold chain logistics,to establish Bayesian network,to use GENIE2.0 software to carry out reverse reasoning,sensitivity analysis and influence intensity analysis,and to find out the temperature and humidity monitoring,transportation equipment failure,transportation equipment failure,temperature and humidity monitoring Drug temperature detection,temperature control,repackaging,refrigeration equipment precooling,loading and other factors have a great impact on drug quality risk in cold chain logistics.The following suggestions are put forward according to each process link of cold chain logistics: to raise the awareness of drug quality risk prevention among staff,to train drug cold chain logistics management professionals,to strengthen the construction of drug cold chain logistics infrastructure,to construct a perfect drug cold chain management system,to strengthen the audit of production source,to strengthen the acceptance work of storage link,to strengthen the storage and maintenance of cold chain drugs,to pay attention to the delivery of cold chain drugs,to optimize the distribution cycle of drug cold chain logistics,to set up distribution center,and to reduce drug quality.The possibility of a quantitative risk event.
