| Cold chain food industry in China has been the rapid development in recent years, buttemperature control technology can′t meet the rapid development of the cold chain industry.According to the survey, only less than20%of our products which need temperature controlintervention are strictly in accordance with the required conditions to participate in the variousnodes of the logistics, the perishable food security problems caused by the extensive attention.The main problems of cold chain logistics is no real-time, therefore, how to establish acomprehensive cold chain logistics temperature controls management system, how to improvethe level of real-time monitoring of the temperature of the cold chain products is the focus ofthe future development of cold chain logistics industry research.Based on the current needs of the market, combined with the development of existingenterprises temperature management products, based on existing theoretical studies discussedthat radio frequency identification technology is applied to the cold chain logisticstemperature control system, try to resolve the problem of real-time monitoring of thetemperature of the cold chain logistics industry. In this paper, it studied of the theoreticalissues and the key links how to build a system framework and use of simulation software tosimulation. First, starting from the development of radio frequency identification technology,put forward that use RFID tags with sensors applied to the cold chain logistics temperaturecontrol for the temperature against of the cold chain product market demand, identifyproblems, and analysis the market the market demand of the program. Secondly, combiningtheoretical study of the work processes and principles of the system are introduced, analysisof the feasibility of implementing of the system on a real-time monitoring and recording thetemperature change. Finally, by the LabVIEW software platform to create a simulationprogram, simulate the system′s real-time monitoring and data storage capabilities. In thispaper, simulation parameters are set by the actual situation of the cold chain logistics producttemperature changes, with transferred the assume parameters made the system for continuoussimulation run, drawn according to the operating results of the simulation technology used inthis paper can be applied to cold chain logistics temperature control regulatory system simulation. |
