With the progress of science and technology,warehousing logistics toward automation,intelligence,flexible development.As an important bridge connecting the warehouse area and the delivery line,the circular shuttle transport system is favored by logistics and warehousing enterprises because of its high flexibility degree.However,the complex task scheduling problem has always been one of the most important factors affecting the bottleneck of the system.This topic will make reasonable use of queuing theory and intelligent scheduling algorithm,combined with the characteristics of the circular shuttle system itself,to build a theoretical model and qualitative analysis and quantitative solution,to obtain the optimal or nearly optimal task scheduling scheme and reasonable system parameter configuration to meet the requirements of the system.This topic includes the following aspects:1.Summarize the relevant papers and literatures on the model of circular shuttle system,summarize the main focus and research contents of domestic and foreign scholars,and put forward the research focus and paper organization structure of this topic.2.The principle and application scenarios of the queuing theory model are introduced,and the queuing theory model is built based on the operating characteristics of the circular shuttle system,and the influence of system parameters on the operating efficiency is solved and analyzed.3.Aiming at the problem of multi-vehicle task assignment,a mathematical model aiming at minimizing the completion time of the system task is built according to the characteristics of the system operation,and two solutions,dynamic programming strategy and heuristic algorithm,are put forward.The heuristic algorithm is analyzed and solved emphatically.4.The multi-vehicle task assignment problem under the time window constraint of task arrival is studied.Firstly,the time window model is constructed to constrains the time distribution of the task arrival and the time of the trolley pickup,and then the solving strategy and algorithm model are proposed to solve the problem.5.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm and verify the effectiveness of the scheme,this topic was tested through actual cases.At the same time,the UI simulation program is designed and implemented under the framework of.NET,and the algorithm results are further simulated.Finally,the data results are analyzed and compared,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. |
