Research On Health Diagnosis System For Structural Diseases Of Operating Shield Tunnel

Since the research of health diagnosis system of shield tunnel structure diseases has entered the 21st century,with the maturity of shield construction technology and many advantages of shield construction in China,shield construction has been widely used in underground engineering such as tunnels.With the increase of shield tunnel operation time,the problem of tunnel structural diseases is becoming increasingly prominent.These diseases will not only affect the normal operation of the tunnel,but also shorten the service life of the tunnel.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out comprehensive health diagnosis for the structural diseases of shield tunnels,quantitatively evaluate the health of shield tunnel structure,and put forward reasonable and effective treatment plans for structural diseases,delay the further deterioration of tunnel diseases and extend the service life of the tunnel.This paper studies the health diagnosis system of shield tunnel structure diseases by theoretical analysis and fuzzy mathematics.The main research contents are:(1)On the basis of extensive investigation and reference to relevant research results,the disease index series affecting the health status of shield tunnel are determined,and the tunnel disease index system is further established by using the analytic hierarchy process;the health level of shield tunnel is divided by quoting the four level discrimination method commonly used in tunnel special inspection results at home and abroad,and the shield tunnel classification scheme is established on this basis.(2)Based on a comprehensive comparison of the diagnostic criteria at home and abroad,the criteria for evaluating the structural deformation,leakage,lining crack and lining material deterioration of the segment are studied.(3)Considering the diversity of shield tunnel diseases and the difference in the number of diseases,the comprehensive weighting method of the product scaling method and the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index in the index layer;based on the existing index weight determination method,the number of different diseases is considered Differences,establish an improved criterion-level weight analysis method.The principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is described,and the comprehensive evaluation model of shield tunnel structural disease health diagnosis is established by using fuzzy mathematics theory,and the problem of vector single-value is analyzed.(4)Based on the above-mentioned health diagnosis model of shield tunnel,the shield tunnel health diagnosis system is developed by using Visual Studio 2012 software development tool and Mysql database.The development objectives,development environment,main functions and system interface of shield tunnel health diagnosis system are introduced.The basic functions of data entry,index configuration,modification and addition of index type,subjective weight modification and evaluation grade standard are described in detail.Finally,the system is applied to the concrete engineering practice,which verifies the rationality of the weight analysis and fuzzy evaluation method of tunnel structure disease and the convenience of the diagnosis system.Figure 34 table 31 reference 87...
