Water is the origin of life.A large number of water transfer projects have been built in order to solve the contradiction of uneven distribution of water resources in China.For example,South to North Water Diversion Project and Han River Diversion Project are required to cross complex terrain,so a lot of hydraulic tunnels have been built.As a control project of the whole project,the hydraulic tunnel plays a vital role in the performance of the project.However,with the increase in work years of the hydraulic tunnels,various diseases occurred.These diseases affect the functioning of the normal utility of the hydraulic tunnel and even threaten the safety of the hydraulic tunnels.In order to ensure the normal operation of hydraulic tunnels,safety tests should be carried out regularly and their health status should be evaluated.However,there are no specific evaluation criteria for hydraulic tunnels at present.The evaluation of their health status is mostly dependent on the personal experience of Engineering inspectors.In view of the current situation,this article has carried out the following aspects:(1)In view of the various diseases encountered in the actual detection process,the disease forms of hydraulic tunnels are summarized,and the causes of some diseases are analyzed.(2)According to the three aspects as safety,applicability and durability,selecting the underlying evaluation index to establish the health evaluation system of hydraulic tunnel.Based on the safety classification of the sluices and dams and the division of the state of human health,the classification of the health status of hydraulic tunnels has been completed.(3)According to the different conditions of the lower level evaluation indicators,the distribution criteria are determined from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives.(4)ADINA is used to simulate the stress condition of the hydraulic tunnel during normal operation and maintenance period,which provides the basis for safety evaluation.(5)The initial weight of each evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the final weight is adjusted by the variable weight method according to the actual disease degree of each index,and the degree of membership of the underlying indexes isdetermined according to the actual test results and the simulation results.(6)A comprehensive evaluation model of the health state of the hydraulic tunnel was established,and the evaluation of the health state of a diversion tunnel in Shaanxi province was completed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results were basically consistent with the test results.This paper has a certain reference value for the comprehensive evaluation and reinforcement of the subsequent hydraulic tunnels.
