With the continuous development and improvement of the spot market,a large number of electricity sales companies have been registered and operated,and have begun to participate in the purchase and sale of electricity as the intermediary of the wholesale market and the retail market.Then the spot market electricity price is also connected to the retail market sales price.And coupled.However,it can be found from the spot trial transaction process that electricity sales companies not only have to face the increasingly complex and unpredictable electricity wholesale market,but also provide customers with the best prices and services to gain a place in the retail market.As a result,some electricity sales companies have begun to feel at a loss about the future development direction of user marketing and electricity price design.Therefore,for electricity sales companies that are in a difficult situation at this stage,the design of retail electricity price packages that are different from traditional catalog electricity prices and the study of pricing models will be of great significance.Based on the analysis and research on the existing selling electricity price pricing model and price optimization strategy,as well as the research on the user load characteristic analysis method and electricity price formation mechanism model,this paper proposes a research idea for retail package pricing services for retail electricity companies:First,based on Load characteristic analysis and retail pricing theory research,summarize traditional load characteristic analysis methods,combine competitive marketing strategy ideas,explore user profile analysis process,and study power pricing theory;Second,establish load characteristics analysis and classification models by sorting out the influencing factors of load characteristics,introducing factors that consider users’ avoidance of market risk and users’ psychological utility,and comprehensively analyze load response behaviors,thereby exploring the portrait tags of typical users and describing users;Third,on the basis of sorting out the sales price formation mechanism,combined with load profile analysis,clarify the framework and design process of the retail electricity price package;finally,analyze the electricity purchase cost of the electricity sales company in the spot market,combined with the transaction price simulation algorithm of the spot market,with the maximization of user utility as the optimization goal,and the risk and profit of selling electricity as the constraint,construct a retail electricity price package pricing model based on the profit function analysis model of the electricity sales company and the analysis model of the different user package cost function analysis models,and then select some typical sample users to verify the operability and applicability of the pricing model,and to design a targeted electricity price package that allocates risks to users while gaining benefits for electricity sales companies.The thoughts and methods of load characteristic profile analysis designed in this paper can provide a basic framework and mining direction for the subsequent establishment of a user analysis system based on big data.Accompanied by the high risks of users facing the spot market,it is the high profits that electricity sales companies may obtain from participating in the purchase and sale of electricity.The pricing model of electricity price packages in the spot market constructed in this article ensures that electricity sales companies can deal with high risks.For users,the designed electricity price package increases the selectivity of electricity price products and reduces the cost risk of directly facing the spot market,thereby increasing the user’s comprehensive consumption utility.
